Job Description:
Legend Brands has a full time opening for a Powder Coat Painter in our Prescott, AZ facility.
Must be available to work Mon-Thurs 5:00 am - 3:30 pm.
Some overtime may be required.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Job Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have at least 6 months- 1-year previous powder coating experience or auto body painting or liquid paint spraying Position requires washing, sanding, and parts prep Preferred skills include working knowledge of powder coating paint solvents, sealants, metal finishing techniques Attention to detail and quality Task oriented with the ability to follow processes and procedures
Qualifications:

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all maintenance and engineering activities comply with OSHA, environmental, and other relevant regulatory requirements. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, and engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS), reliability engineering principles, and project management methodologies. Experience with root cause analysis (RCA), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM). Autocad proficiency Completed formal training in and/or have at least 1 year experience applying continuous improvement tools such as TPM, Six Sigma, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, etc. Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion. May involve prioritizing and negotiating product availability, partial shipments, or splitting shipments. • Follows up daily on order status and notifies CSRs or sales rep of any changes. • Operates the LN computer system for Sales and Replenishment order shipments. • Review orders for special requirements of customers and ensure that the information is conveyed to the appropriate warehousemen. • Works with Corporate Traffic Department to make cost efficient shipments. • Perform additional duties as assigned • Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
