JOB PURPOSE:
The Quality Engineer is responsible for providing technical support for the corporate quality team.
The role will work with our internal quality teams to work on continuous improvement activities as well as supporting new product activities.
They will take leadership of our Product Complaint Review (PCR) process, where they will analyze consumer complaint data and identify opportunities for improvement in our products that will drive improved customer and consumer satisfaction.
This individual will work closely with our corporate and plant quality teams, as well as manufacturing and R&D.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with plant and corporate quality teams on management of quality projects and new product launches.
Risk assessments on new product launches.
Design and implementation of new quality processes
Statistical assessments of process capabilities and identification of opportunities for improvement.
Analyze product complaint data, identify opportunities for improvement and work across cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
Will include
In depth analysis of customer complaint data in excel, identification of poorly performing products from the data analysis and engaging the brand and R&D teams to identify possible product improvements.
Support day-to-day management of quality incidents, processes, etc.
through data analysis and utilization of root cause analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
0-3+ years of experience (in a manufacturing setting) or equivalent process industry or consumer products manufacturing experience.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical and/or Mechanical preferred) or Chemistry
Proficient in MS office, Statistical analysis (Minitab, etc).
SAP experience desirable.
Nice to have: Experience in lean, six sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
Possible travel up to 30%
Salary Target Range: $80,000 - 95,000, bonus eligible

My client, a leading manufacturing business, is looking for a hands-on and safety-conscious Warehouse Loader to join their shift team.
The role involves the accurate movement, storage and despatch of finished products, including locating finished reels within the warehouse, managing stock, using IT systems, preparing products for customer despatch, and ensuring vehicles are loaded correctly and efficiently.

- Taking appropriate corrective action where possible and working with relevant teams to minimise disruption to operations.
- Completing accurate stock checks and updating the relevant systems when required.
- Following all company health, safety, environmental and operating procedures.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Good IT skills, with previous experience using warehouse or stock control systems.
- Previous experience working with an IMS (Integrated Management System) would be advantageous but is not essential.
- A valid external or in-house Counterbalance FLT qualification would be desirable but is not essential.
- Good manual handling skills and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
- A strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
- Good attention to detail, particularly when handling stock, documentation and customer despatches.
- A reliable and flexible approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a shift team.

KHR are working with a well-established and innovative engineering business that is seeking a skilled Service & Commissioning Engineer to join its growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys working directly with customers, commissioning machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering high-quality service support across a variety of industrial environments.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, and support of specialist automated machinery at customer sites throughout the UK, with occasional travel within Europe.
This is a predominantly field-based position offering a varied workload, customer interaction, and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission automated machinery at customer sites
- Carry out service, maintenance, and breakdown support visits
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system faults
- Deliver operator training to customer personnel
- Liaise with customers regarding installation schedules, servicing requirements, and technical support
- Complete detailed site reports and service documentation
- Participate in internal project and design review meetings
- Ensure all site visits are fully prepared, including equipment, parts, and documentation
Candidate Requirements
- Engineering qualification (Degree, HND, NVQ, BTEC or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience within an automation, machinery, or manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic fault-finding skills
- Experience configuring robots and programming movement patterns
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Experience with PLCs and HMIs
- Knowledge of servo systems, VFDs, remote I/O, Ethernet, and Profibus networks (desirable)
- Understanding of machinery control systems and automation software
What's on Offer?
- Salary of £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
- Overtime paid at time and a half (circa 15 hours per month)

We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join an established engineering business in Banbury, working within its busy UK Spares team.
Working closely with the Customer Service Lead, you'll support customers from initial enquiry through to delivery, processing quotations and orders while coordinating with suppliers and teams across the business.
You'll also get involved in purchasing, stock and logistics, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to broaden their experience.
Key responsibilities:
Managing customer enquiries and communications
Identifying spare parts, preparing quotations and processing customer orders
Processing invoices, credit notes, returns and account administration
Managing backorders and helping ensure orders are delivered correctly
Supporting purchasing, stock replenishment and inventory activities
Arranging and tracking customer shipments and resolving delivery issues
Supporting freight, customs and import documentation
Working with colleagues across the Spares team to support processes and continuous improvement
We're looking for:
Previous customer service and order processing experience
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Experience within manufacturing or engineering, inventory management, logistics or purchasing would be beneficial but isn't essential.
Sage or SAP experience would also be advantageous.
