As our Maintenance Supervisor you will be to maximize availability of all plant and equipment while complying with safety, legislative, environmental and certifying authority requirements by ensuring efficient preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising activities of maintenance personnel, providing recommendations for solutions to maintenance problems, verifying completed work meets applicable requirements; and recommending operating and capital budget items. Required Experience:
BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or industrial technology preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor. Experience with CMMS required. PSM (Process Safety Management) and or TCPA experience preferred. Must possess good verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels within the organization. Experience in ISO 9001:2008 environment preferred.

- Utilise electrical and mechanical drawings and documentation for fault-finding and modifications to industrial plant and equipment.
- Perform preventive and planned maintenance tasks.
- Contribute to improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and eliminating recurring faults.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment and building infrastructure.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all EHS company policies.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency in industrial maintenance and fault-finding on electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
- Proven competency in reading and interpreting electrical and/or mechanical diagrams, as well as fault-finding in control panels and industrial systems.
- Experience in any of the following areas is advantageous: PLCs, fabrication, welding, and vacuum technology.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with office software applications.
- Resilient and resourceful approach, with strong judgement and decision-making skills.
- Proactive work ethic, strong initiative, and the ability to operate independently within a shift team environment.
