ASSOCIATE PRODUCT MANAGER
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Associate Product Manager plays an active role in the planning, organization, and management of an assigned product or product line(s) from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties under the direct supervision of the Director of Product Management or Sr.
Product Manager.
This critical, hands-on position is integral to the day-to-day tactical operations and strategic growth of the product line and collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, R&D, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science or related field plus three to six months of related experience and/or training such as internships.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years' related experience and/or training preferred; Product Management intern experience may be a substitute
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to grasp technical details Strong organizational skills Ability to understand relationships and connections and generate charts, graphs, spreadsheets and written summaries. The In Studio Videographer creates leading edge, compelling, branded videos for online use, corporate presentations, and tradeshow displays.
The Videographer will accomplish the bulk of the technical tasks related to production, post-production and subject matter including but not limited to product and company promotional videos, customer testimonials, and product application techniques as well as transport, set up, equipment operation, staging, set preparation, dressing, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create cutting edge styled product videos for e-commerce, Amazon or social media platforms.
Translate ideas into storyboards, based on direction from marketing leadership.
Shoot and edit video footage, including syncing to music and other audio, as well as creation of motion graphics and effects.
Transport, set-up, and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for location and studio production.
Assist with pop-up marketing labs which include working with sales regions to develop digital content.
Assist with staging, set preparation and dressing.
Work with outside editors and crews when necessary.
Operate and care for camera equipment in accordance with all company standards and safety best practices.
Operate and maintain proper calibration levels for cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment.
Collaborate with members of the creative team and key stakeholders as appropriate.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Sales Manager to join a well-established company specialising in the design and manufacture of high-quality holiday homes, park homes, and luxury lodges offering a range of customisable products for seasonal and residential use.
As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the company's presence.
This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £30,000 - £36,000 plus annual bonus of up to £12,000 and benefits.
They will consider candidates who have experience in manufacturing, parts operations, or the sales of holiday homes / caravans.
You Will Be Responsible For:
* Managing your own sales territory, identifying prospects, and converting them into long-term clients.
* Delivering outstanding customer service from pre-sales through to after-sales support.
* Planning and conducting regular customer visits to ensure strategic coverage.
* Representing the company at trade shows and industry events to strengthen brand presence.
* Reporting market insights and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
* Handling inbound sales enquiries and supporting retail customers locally.
* Participating in team meetings and other duties aligned with your skills and experience.
What We Are Looking For:
* Previously worked as an Field Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Field Sales Executive, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
* Proven track record in a field-based sales role, with experience managing your own territory.
* Experience in field sales of high-value products.
* Ideally have some experience within the caravan or leisure industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail.
* Full, clean driving licence with willingness to travel.
* Right to work in the UK
