AV Pre-Sales Solution Designer - Are you in search of a new role where you will have the opportunity to be part of a growing team helping to win and deliver large scale new AV projects.
You will have 6years of corporate av experience and come with a tremendously good eye for detail and be able to create 1st class technical AV presales documentation.
You will have a good understanding of costing and timescales and your docs will need to be clear and concise as they will be an important part of winning the BID process.
Responsibilities.
Meeting with the client and sales team, developing an understanding of client's requirements.
Undertake detailed site surveys
Producing a scope of work, and a list of dependencies that the client agrees to and signs off against.
Producing the Bill of Materials and developing the quote ready for the sales team.
Producing conceptual system schematics, AV Positional Layout Drawings and any other additional drawings necessary for the successful delivery of a project.
Once appointed, handing the project over to the active design and project management team.
Supporting ‘mid-project' variation documentation, and records.
Specialist Drawings As required for custom production work.
Co-ordinating the drawing development against Site Survey Results and Sales & Handover information including Scope of Works, M&E Requirements, Method Statements & Risk Assessments.
Providing design support to the sales team on tender proposals, raising RFI's, any other supporting documentation required, and possible post bid meeting attendance.
Occasional site attendance for necessary project meetings.
Working alongside the sales team to assist in producing accurate bills of material on both tender responses and primarily Design & Build projects.
Monitoring industry product trends, changes and integration challenges as they develop.

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement methodologies and ability to teach and model them.

Title: Materials Coordinator
Summary:
Carboline is seeking a Materials Coordinator at their facility in Green Bay, WI.
The Materials Coordinator manages all warehouse stock for rework, recertification, or evaluation.
The individual is also responsible for inventory control of raw materials and containers.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree (Business preferred) or equivalent experience, with two years prior Warehouse experience. Proficient in Microsoft office. Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules.
Ability to use a computer for all company required processes, procedures, and training.
Essential Functions:
Manage cycle counting and physical inventory procedures including variance control at the plant. Coordinate with shipping on the disbursement of finished goods to the distribution center. Report and investigate raw material outages/shortages and expiring material. Review and monitor pre-stage batching materials for accuracy and ensure inventory integrity. Identify slow-moving raw materials and relocate to other production facilities as needed. Perform periodic raw material reviews for changes in trend. Coordinate with plant to apply existing N Material into production batches, maximizing possible opportunities to rework per existing material rules. Maintain proper housekeeping procedures to provide a safe working environment. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner. Works with HazMat companies to develop profiles for classification of waste and proper disposal timelines. Perform additional duties as assigned. Commitment to the Company's Safety and Quality programs.

Specifically, regarding recovery plans for off-specification, obsolete, and problem finished goods. Monitors the consistency of production using SQC, SPC, or other appropriate techniques. Strong communicator with top-notch presentation skills who can develop and provide training to production personnel on matters concerning formulation, materials handling, processing, and quality procedures. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner. Leadership role in effort to recertify and reclaim Non-Conforming material.
Works in coordination with QC and R&D to isolate, test and recertify Non-Conforming material that can be repackaged and sold. Observing production processes, conducting research, and finding ways to increase efficiency and quality. Continuously challenging the status quo understood as a day-to-day activity in our operating areas. Proactive problem solving based on statistical analysis of corrective actions / assigned by Engineering Director, Plant Manufacturing Manager, QA, EHS projects. Roofing Project Superintendent (Hourly)
Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.
is seeking Roofing Project Superintendents/Project Managers with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget.
You will be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards, generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. This position requires 5-10 years experience in built-up roofing systems or 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications, single ply roofing systems, building construction, field fabrication of metal work.
You must be able to keep project records and interface with owners, subcontractors, and Company management.
Some travel is required. The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Material Installer applies coating material to new residential construction (homes, condos, and multi-family projects).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the vehicle to be transported to the jobsite.
Install each job using company-approved methods.
Move each job along at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality.
Complete any necessary prep work for proper installation.
Inspect products and materials for defects prior to installation.
Perform quality checks after products are installedto ensure the job is completed toboththe builder's and Tremco's scope.
Ensure thework areas at theshop and jobsite arecleanedand that trash and wasteare properly disposed.
Complete any necessary paperwork as required for each job.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Keep timesheetsupto date and accurate.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Regional Field Manager is responsible for promoting DAP brands in Menards locations across the United States.
The Regional Filed Manager can be based at Minneapolis or Wisconsin.
As a Regional Field Manager, you will develop and grow sales of DAP brands to meet and exceed sales GTO goals.
Responsibilities:
Account Service and Support
Maintenance of DAP shelf space on store visits, i.e.
replace PoP, down stocking, etc. Build relationships with various store personnel including Department Managers, Store Management, and PT/FT department employees. Conduct regular store visits, geographic area TBD. Assist National Account Manager on any programs, projects, etc.
they are working on with Menards Corporate. Work with NAM on sales analytics to develop tactical and strategic sales plan.
Customer Satisfaction
Assisting Menards Guests in-aisle during store visits. Addressing product, warranty, or other issues relating to DAP products sold at Menards.
Communicating resolution with all parties involved.
Product Knowledge and Training
Keep up-to-date on DAP offerings and provide in-aisle training sessions with Menards store staff. Become the Go-To person for Caulks and Sealants at Menards
SG&A Management
Monitoring monthly business expenses and staying within budget
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree; or 4 years Retail/Big Box Home Center selling experience with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED. Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated successful capability to resolve conflict. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with external customers. Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with department, cross-functional business teams, and customers. Excellent project management and budgeting skills with a deadline orientation and focus. Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence, and initiative without daily interaction with management. Willing to travel 60% within Menards geographic footprint, NAM will provide more specifics. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to lift 50 LBs
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
4 years of sales or building material/paint industry experience. Ability to read and understand sales reports. Familiarity with the sundries business
