Performs work in a safe manner, according to safety rules and guidelines Communicates with Team Lead and/or Supervisor during shift-changes and throughout shift Communicates regularly with the Team Lead and the rest of the team on the line, regarding how the line is operating Understands and operates the HMI at the various stations along the line, to keep the line operating safely and efficiently Monitors weight, speed, and other metrics along the line Operates forklift to move raw materials, load carrier and move finished product Makes raw material batches (asphalt and filler) in the appropriate mixer(s), according to specifications Performs quality control tests on the batches, per established guidelines Threads the line and splices the carrier, as needed Loads and splices carrier at the Splicing Station Fills and monitors the coating tank at the Coating Station Dispenses sand or granules at the Sanding Station, according to product specifications Monitors and adjusts the selvedge sand application to 4" Maintains the level of sand and granules in the respective hoppers to ensure continuous production Ensures paint lines are correct on the product and ensures paint level is maintained in the paint reservoir Cleans paint heads, as needed At the Winding Station, visually inspects rolls and removes scrap rolls from the process Ensures proper labels are being used on the taping machine At the Driving Station, loads pallets onto the Palletizer and ensures rolls are properly loaded by the Palletizer Inserts tubes into each roll and caps pallet Operates Heat Shrink machine to secure the rolls on the pallet.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
Remove and properly dispose of liquid and solid material and material build-up from portable industrial containers.
Perform cleaning of portable containers which includes cleaning of the interiors of containers with chemical cleaning agents to remove products using shovels, squeegees, scrapers, or other means as required to prepare the container for future production operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns that arise during the cleaning process. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the proper containment and disposal of non-hazardous waste. Perform housekeeping and safety related tasks (i.e., work area cleanup). Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents and material shortages immediately to the Production Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED: additional qualifications will be a plus. Minimum 6 months' experience in a manufacturing facility.
Knowledge of machine equipment used in batch processing. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend associated documents, Standard Operating Procedures, and SDS sheets. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures, including utilizing proper personal protective equipment. Ability to meet deadlines or ensure that daily work is completed.
Physical Requirements:
Must pass standard eye exam (corrected or uncorrected) and must pass standard color-tone testing. As a Bookings Administrator you will be working as part of a busy team, the ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure while maintaining a strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities:
This will be a busy role and will require good multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
Queries are received from customers either via enquiry forms or via the telephone.
Most clients will know what they want and it is your role to understand their needs and process the necessary administrative tasks to make sure the event happens.
Key tasks will include:
, Production of accurate quotes and invoices from the system.
, You will be amending quotes and providing prices for alternative group sizes and itinerary options.
, Accurately administer all activities with the client's suppliers.
, Using the CRM system to manage enquiries and maintain customer data.
, Ability to tailor-make and plan bespoke events as per customer requests
, Maintain an excellent degree of industry knowledge.
, Assist with entering customer names and information accurately into the correct databases
You will ideally have:
, Microsoft office skills - Excel, Outlook, Word.
, Marketing and social media skills would be a bonus.
