Implement PO request and approvals process
Manage end to end payroll submissions to payroll supplier and perform monthly payroll.
Ensure financial systems and any/all integrations are fit for purpose
Responsible for Year End, VAT Returns, Statutory Submission and External Audit
Reviewing and submitting insurance information as required to ensure suitable cover.
Scaling the finance team to align with growth / departmental demands, including implementing processes for developing, coaching and HR elements.
THE PERSON:
Must be ACA, CIMA or ACCA Qualified, with experience at Financial Controller or Finance Manager level (or similar), within an SME business (Guide 8mil to £60m Turnover)
Experience of managing, coaching and developing a small finance team
Able to implement robust financial processes and controls
Confident driving process change throughout a business to align with new processes
Excellent communications skills with the ability to professionally challenge existing processes to achieve operational efficiency
Able to operate autonomously and advise the SLT and Board as the most senior finance professional in the business
Strong Analytical Skills to conduct MI Analysis and Produce Data Driven Recommendations
Confident around systems, ideally with experience of Sage 50 and Advanced MS Excel

THE PERSON:
Experience within an Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant or Ledger Clerk role would be ideal, providing the individual has excellent analytical skills and superb attention to detail.
Good communications skills with the confidence to speak with clients, suppliers, partners and internal departments via phone and email.
The Confidence to challenge inaccuracies/abnormalities in financial information
Experience with an Accounting System and MS Excel
Desire to progress and grow with a company
Accounting Qualifications such as AAT would be a significant advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:
This position is for a Marketing Content Creation Intern who will work alongside marketing experts at our St.
Louis Headquarters. This person will create strategic content in support of multiple product lines.
Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Content Creation Intern will work closely with Carboline's Content Strategist to plan, write, edit, and publish global marketing collateral.
This is a paid, extended internship with no finite end date.
While candidates majoring in Journalism or English have historically been strong fits for Marketing Communication internships, Carboline is happy to consider candidates from all fields of study provided they can demonstrate an ability to contribute meaningfully to the Marketing Communications team.
Minimum Requirements:
Can work 30-40 hours per week from May through August, followed by a schedule established with and agreed to by the Marketing Communications Manager once classes resume.
This cycle will then repeat until college completion. Is an upcoming sophomore or junior in college who can commit to an extended internship Is a strong writer and a good verbal communicator Is willing to be edited by professionals Is intrigued by complex scientific topics Is comfortable speaking to new people and willing to learn subject matter interviewing
Physical Requirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period - up to 8 hours a day.

Primary Responsibilities: Set product development timelines, program deliverables and prioritize development team activities to maintain the schedule. They should be experienced in leading an engagement from estimation stage all the way through to the handover to Support whilst working alongside other practices and third-party organisations.
