RAS Store Support have merchandising opportunities for a long-standing major UK client to support with their footwear and accessories within the clothing department.
As a Tactical Retail Merchandiser you will ensure the departments are merchandised to ensure the product range is visually attractive and easy to shop by customers.
What we are looking for:
Reliable and dependable people with an interest and eye for detail in retail.
Excellent time management controllers, who can organize and prioritize well to achieve goals efficiently and productively.
Hard working and energetic individuals who can manage manual handling and lifting.
Key Responsibilities:
Unpack, sort and tag stock from inbound deliveries and warehouse back-up.
Prepare the stock ready for merchandising.
Maintain excellent merchandising standards and ensure fixtures and working areas are always clean and tidy.
Ensuring stock database accuracy and carry out price changes.
Work with the clothing department colleagues to ensure all tasks are completed ready for trading.
Submit a completion report for each visit showing before and after visuals of completed areas.
Interacting with customers and provide service when required.
Ensuring Health and safety procedures are always adhered to.
Successful Candidate Essentials:
Complete the e-learning induction prior to attending first shift.
Must have access and use of a mobile device with a camera and ability to enable location services for the purposes of reporting, time and attendance tracking.
Ability to commit to the duration of the schedule.

Responsibilities:
Operates a variety of packaging and filling lines including: placing of packaging on the line, monitoring the filling operation, packing-off finished product, performing quality checks and assisting in the cleaning and changeover of the line. Assists in maintaining an accurate inventory by proper reporting of material usage, minimizing waste, reporting any spills, and ensuring all items per case and cases per pallet counts are accurate. Utilize RF scanner and SAP system. Maintain production logs to accurately record downtime/issues.
Completes all paperwork accurately. Performs housekeeping duties to ensure a neat and orderly work area. Abides by all departmental and plant safety rules. Works in other areas as required by business needs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
regularly and stand for periods of up to 3 hours at a time Ability to climb steps/ladders Must wear required PPE at all times throughout the shift (safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toed shoes) Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others

Responsibilities: Repairing manufacturing, packaging, and material handling equipment Performing various plant maintenance functions to maintain the general operation of the facility Assisting with production duties as needed Requirements: Basic understanding of maintenance processes, industrial safety applications and terminology related to a manufacturing and distribution environment, including but not limited to use of hand and power tools Experience in maintenance crafts and mechanical repair (electrical, plumbing, and welding); electrical troubleshooting, reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, shop mathematics and drafting skills Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and ability to stand for periods of up to 3 hours Proven ability to work well with others, self-motivated, work with little or no supervision, multitask and prioritize daily Excellent organizational, interpersonal, decision-making and communication skills
