Managing Accounts Payable processes, including accurate posting of client disbursement invoices, in line with Solicitors Accounts Rules
Processing office vendor invoices, ensuring correct coding, approvals, and timely posting
Preparing and processing weekly payment runs, maintaining strong financial controls
Performing bank reconciliations across office and client accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies
Processing office and client bank transfers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Posting and reconciling employee expenses and corporate credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of queries
Completing credit card reconciliations, liaising with cardholders to resolve missing or incorrect documentation
Supporting the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance operations, month-end activities, and ad-hoc reporting
Acting as a point of contact for finance-related queries, supporting colleagues across different departments, including fee earners and support teams
Providing cover for other finance team members when required, ensuring continuity of service across the department
Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory reviews
Assisting with continuous improvement of finance processes, controls, and systems
As performance develops, gaining exposure to management accounts, reporting, and broader departmental responsibilities, with the opportunity to take on increased ownership over time
THE PERSON:
Open to Part-qualified, Fully Qualified or Qualified by experience (AAT / ACCA / CIMA desirable but not essential)
Proven experience working in finance within a law firm or legal environment (essential), in an Accountant, Legal Accounts, Accounts Payable, Legal Cashier role, or similar
Strong background in Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, and transactional accounting
Experience handling client money and a working knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules
Highly accurate with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
Confident communicator, able to support and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments
Team-focused, with a willingness to provide cover and support colleagues as required
Proactive and eager to develop, with clear ambition to progress into management accounts and broader finance responsibilities
Confident using finance systems and technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
Able to prioritise workload effectively in a professional services environment

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Fitter to join a well-established and busy manufacturer of specialist vehicle conversions.
You will be working in a modern, clean, and well-organised facility, supporting the manufacture of bespoke vehicles as part of a growing business with a strong order book for the year ahead.This role would suit individuals with electrical experience from a variety of backgrounds.
Previous vehicle experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Fitter
Running wiring looms through vehicles
Terminating and connecting cables
Installing electrical components including:
Vehicle lighting
Beacons
Reversing cameras
Light bars
Consumer units
Splicing, crimping, trunking, and general electrical fitting
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Supporting electrical installations across a range of specialist vehicles
Soldering experience is desirable, but training can be provided

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, CILEX or CLC within the Property Department based in the Banbury Office.
Salary up to 50k.
Responsibilities:
· Undertake residential conveyancing work on behalf of clients of the Firm
· Supervising and managing other Fee Earners and administration staff within the Firms structure and other staff as necessary
· Dealing with clients, intermediaries and HM Land Registry etc.
both in person and over the telephone
· File management to the standards defined by the Firm
· Ensure budgets are managed and met
· Undertake file audits within the team
· Pro-active business development of self and Firm
· Undertake any reasonable instructions given by management within the limits of this employment description
· Undertake continuing competency training to include compulsory CQS training
· Supporting and reporting to the Head of Conveyancing
Skills and Experience
· Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC, with a minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing experience in sales, purchases, TOE, shared ownership and leasehold
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Business development skills
· Good organisation and administration skills
· Ability to be a team player
· A sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures, CQS Protocol and Anti-Money Laundering legislation
· Experience of Lexcel standard is desirable
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Case Management Systems experience of using Tikit is desirable
· You may be required to work at the other offices of the Firm from time to time be as required by the management
· Driving license and use of own vehicle essential
