As part of this growth, they are seeking a talented Legal Advisor to join their RTA team.
The Role
- You will be responsible for managing a caseload of Liability admitted RTA matters from instruction through to settlement, ensuring files progress efficiently while delivering exceptional service to clients.
Duties include:
- Managing files proactively in line with timescales and compliance requirements.
- Reviewing medical evidence and valuing claims in line with Judicial College Guidelines and case law.
- Preparing cases for litigation, including drafting legal documents, briefing counsel, and handling court directions.
- Obtaining Schedules of Loss and supporting evidence for claims.
- Managing billing, KPIs, and financial targets effectively.
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping on files, including minimising write-offs and dealing with client queries.
About You
- To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience running your own Liability admitted caseload of RTA Fast Track matters.
- Strong knowledge of the litigation process, including Part 8 and MOJ portal claims.
- Confidence in assessing and reviewing medical reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- The ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet financial and performance targets.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Technical Application Specialist
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Technical Application Specialist ensures proper application of Tremco products in accordance with company and industry guidelines by providing both on-site and office-based problem resolution assistance.
This individual is a technical liaison between the business and Tremco's field-based internal and external stakeholders.

Provide or obtain accurate and timely product application, qualification, and/or troubleshooting services to internal colleagues and external business partners
Assist with general on-site product application, training, and general substrate review.
Assist with the generation and maintenance of technical documentation and collateral with various internal departments.
Examples include application instructions, technical data sheets, technical marketing collateral, product training programs, 3rd party testing/validation reports, and other product assets.
Assist in the collection of laboratory data forproject and/or product-specific testing.
Assist with and/or perform in-field and in-house analytical lab testing to confirm the chemical compatibility and physical adhesion properties of Tremco products on specified jobs, for evaluating new areas of application, new product development, and competitive product analysis.
Conduct jobsite observations/evaluations with customers and field sales reps to make accurate and timely product and installation recommendations.

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
