What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000

Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging new customer prospects, including contractors, design professionals, business owners, and distributors.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients. Position Summary:
Carboline Global is seeking a Plant Production Scheduling Coordinator for our manufacturing facility in Lake Charles, LA.
This individual will be responsible production scheduling for the facility, maintain and order production supplies, running reports, and updating plant KPI data.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are a must.
Job Duties:
Print batch tickets as required for manufacturing execution.
Review and validate total demand requirements for product batches for optimal batch size and proper warehouse allocation.
Respond to informal product requests from proper approval sources for batch priorities and visibilities.
Determine manufacturing resource requirement and schedule resources for optimal utilization.
Review resource constraints i.e., materials, labor equipment and adjust schedules accordingly taking into account all contingency plans.
Notify appropriate parties if schedule needs to be modified and affects customer promise dates.
Verifies all production batch tickets for accuracy of allocations notifying specific departments for correction of discrepancies.
Inputs daily information for production batches completed onto spreadsheet(s) for monitoring specific batch information and downtime KPI's.

Summary: The Cement Additives Process Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic technical support and contribution to the sales process.
This position is tasked with providing technical support and expertise of the cement manufacturing process to our cement additive sales team and customers.
Proficiency in this role requires exceptional cement manufacturing, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams at Euclid Chemical and build strong, lasting relationships with external cement customers - both active and potential customers.
This is a remote position, with Euclid Chemical's main campus located in Ceveland, OH.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical ambassador for the Euclid Chemical cement additive sales team. Subject matter expert to provide feedback and troubleshooting information for customers. Act as a technical expert on the latest cement manufacturing technologies, equipment, and best practices to maintain Euclid Chemical's competitive edge. Deliver customer support through industrial trials, mill audits, special projects, data analysis, and detailed reporting to retain existing customers and attract new ones Compile and analyze industrial trial process data, and prepare detailed reports providing conclusions and action items from industrial trial runs. Keep thorough and updated records of activity history with active and potential cement additive customers. Design and execution of plant industrial trials and mill audits. Maintenance and operation of portable pump equipment inventory to utilize during industrial trials. Collaborate with the Cement Additives Technical Manager and Cement Lab Manager to develop new products and enhance existing lines based on market trends, competitive analysis, and industrial trial results. Work collaboratively with Euclid Chemical Cement Additives Lab team in the development and improvement of laboratory ball mill methodologies for testing materials.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical) or chemistry - master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cement manufacturing process control or quality management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge and understanding of cement manufacturing, cement chemistry, and raw and finish mill circuit operation. Basic understanding of cement additives chemistries. Ability to interpret lab outputs (e.g., XRD, clinker microscopy, isothermal calorimetry, and physical test results) to develop customer-specific strategies and product recommendations. Proficiency with cement standards (ASTM, CSA, etc.). Strong knowledge of milling equipment, particle classifiers, circuit configurations, and pyro processes for optimizing clinker performance. Advanced knowledge of MS Office computer software: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams, Edge Internet Browser. Knowledge of industry trends, including low clinker content cement production and co-grinding with alternative materials. Data analysis and report writing skills. Communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team management capabilities. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ability to design and execute plant industrial trials and mill audits.
Travel:
Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and plant industrial trials (up to 50%).

The HR internship is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience multiple areas of HR, with primary focus on the HR information system (HRIS), Oracle.
The intern will report to the Sr.

Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR from an accredited institution with a total GPA of 3.0 or higher. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
High attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated, quick learner and self-directed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Compliance Administrator, Subcontractors, will play a pivotal role ensuring all project related subcontractors meet company compliance requirements, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.

Principal Accountabilities

Coordinates weekly installer accounts payable statements and related transactions; transmits to accounting for payment. Audits weekly payment activity and raise concerns to Supervisor and Stonhard leadership. On an ongoing basis, monitors and coordinates subcontractor compliance with Master Installation Agreement requirements; including but not limited to insurance policy limits and renewals, per project certified payroll, and MIA addendums.
Assists in the creation of per project subcontract agreements; maintains documentation and monitors project progress Monitors per project compliance requirements related to Stonhard and installation partner Controlled Insurance Programs. Ensures on-time Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for Stonhard and subcontractors, including monthly payroll reporting, monitoring, and closeout. Monitors Stonhard state contractor licenses ensuring compliance and on-time renewal. Develop and recommend document retention requirements as needed.
Develops and maintains necessary reporting to remain compliant. Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or Stonhard leadership. Supports other administrative responsibilities, as assigned.
Cross-trained in contract team and sales administration responsibilities.

Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging new customer prospects, including contractors, design professionals, business owners, and distributors.
Success in this role requires technical expertise and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote, present, and sell products and services to both existing and potential clients. Conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses to align product offerings with customer needs. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to drive long-term business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation. Work closely with Customer Service to resolve issues quickly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Consistently achieve sales goals and meet deadlines. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Analyze and report on market trends, territory potential, and sales activities. Stay updated on industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Seek continuous feedback to improve performance and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
A proven track record in selling concrete construction products is strongly preferred.
Candidates with industry-specific experience are highly encouraged to apply. High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Certifications in construction or industry-related fields are a plus. Minimum 8 years of proven experience in sales of concrete construction products. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients. Demonstrated ability to cold call contractors and provide expert technical support. Experience providing job site services and troubleshooting/installing concrete repair products.
