I am looking for an Adults' Social Worker.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.
About the team
The team work in partnership with disabled adults to understand and support them in what they need.
In this team they also promote independence for the adults whilst protecting them.
They complete visits once a week and are required to work in the office twice a week.
Completing Section 42 enquires and attend Chair Safeguarding Planning Meetings.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' experience is required to be deemed suitable for this role.
Experience in adults social work is a requirement as well as experience in completing community visits.
Completing section 42 enquires would also be important in getting this role.
A clean valid driving licence and car is also a requirement.
