JOB DESCRIPTION
Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel. Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance. Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions. Investigate accidents and injuries and prepare reports of findings. Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures. Compile operational and personnel records, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair and maintenance statistics, and test results. Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies and procedures. Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job-skill deficiencies. Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs. Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use. Utilize the computerized maintenance management system to deliver KPI data and evaluation maintenance efficiency. Involvement in Continuous Improvement initiatives and Root Cause Analysis is essential.
(CAPA) Research and suggest improvements based on recognized repetitive failure or substandard manufacturing practices, environment compatibility, etc. Provide support for multiple shifts, maintenance related activity or projects. Share any newly learned discoveries pertinent to repair or troubleshooting techniques that will assist team to respond more efficiently and safely. Assist in the training of Maintenance Apprentices. Communicating and conversing professionally and technically with maintenance, operations, engineering, and other resources to solving machine related issues and taking appropriate steps keeping equipment in peak operational condition. Expected to understand all equipment functions of the plant. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager and/or plant manager including project management and contractor management. Ability to work independently with resourcefulness, originality, and initiative. Understanding of functional criteria for control systems, power systems, and electronic device selection. Skills/Experience
Demonstrated leadership in the following areas: preventative maintenance, implementing continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, safety, standard work and employee coaching & development. Experience with CMMS required. Must possess good verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels within the organization. An associate degree in a technical discipline, journey worker credential or relatable on the job experience. SAP knowledge preferred. Microsoft Office experience required. Continued education will be required as needed to sustain departmental/individual technological levels and licenses

JOB PURPOSE:
New Product & Design Engineer will have the responsibility for design, development and testing of application of new product concepts for our new technology development and existing products.
You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, and R&D to ensure that the designs meet market needs, cost targets, and production requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work independently to initiate innovative and functional product designs and manage the design projects related to new product development across all Rust-Oleum product categories. Participate in research of internal and external voice of customer meetings, analyze customer needs and insights, and translate them into value-added design solutions. Design, prototype, and test product design to ensure quality, functionality, durability, manufacturability and correlate chemical and physical material to consumer application and use, cost, safety and environmental impact. Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to ensure that the designs meet/exceed market/product needs, cost targets, and production requirements. Identify and select materials and components to meet design objectives. Identify, assess and select potential 3rd party design and /or manufacturing partners, and act as our project manager liaison with selected firm(s), travel to production facilities to evaluate processes and ensure compliance and quality to the standards. Develop and perform competitive assessments and analyses Act as the "thought and team leader' for the business regarding product delivery system and packaging design. Create and/or guide engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances for designs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of bachelor's degree in Material and Mechanical Engineering or other related fields. 2 or more years of hands-on experience in new product development and tooling design, prototyping, and testing of mechanical systems with proven track record of successful new product design and development, preferably in durable consumer markets Extensive knowledge of product design, materials selection and manufacturing processes and direct experience working with a broad array of materials, preferably for various wipes of tools and delivery systems for coatings, cleaners and other consumer and industrial products. Excellent working knowledge of Computer Aided Design modelling concepts and software proficient with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks) for 3D part modeling, drawing, and assembly creation of the mechanical components Experience working with tooling manufacturers both domestically and internationally. A passion for design, engineering, problem solving, with critical thinking and creativity. Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team from project concept through commercialization. Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills including good special acuity for design. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel as required.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is primarily responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts by sending out billing forms in timely manner, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues. Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients. Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status. Reviews and applies money from suspense. Executes waivers, sworn statements, affidavits, etc.
to send with billings or to secure payment. Communicates to admin additional paperwork needed to collect payment. Trains and assists new AR Specialists. Mark ARs with collection codes for Managers to better evaluate problems.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma with extensive experience in customer service field. One to three years prior related work experience Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records. A self-starter capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work and projects.

What will you do?

The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Seismic Processing Project Manager to join Fugro in a remote position, mainly working from home.
You will be working in collaboration with the Seismic Processing Operations Supervisor as well as the seismic team and project teams to solve complex problems with the aim of deliveringhigh quality, high resolution processed
seismic data.
Your role will focus on ensuring the highest data quality, implementing
innovative imaging techniques to enhance near-surface resolution, and
managing acquisition QA/QC, all while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The end goal being to meet or exceed the client's expectations.
Some travel would be expected when required, to the Fugro offices for meetups and client workshops, although this is predominantly a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee high-resolution imaging projects, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budget constraints.
Prepare technical seismic processing presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and technical accuracy in imaging results.
Collaborate with project managers and interpreters to define objectives and methodologies specific to high-resolution imaging in marine engineering applications.
Act as the technical authority to identify and challenge data quality issues, proactively working towards effective solutions to address these issues.
Develop and implement advanced seismic processing techniques and workflows aimed at enhancing near-surface resolution.
Manage seismic acquisition & navigation QA/QC to ensure data integrity and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated with advancements in near-surface imaging technology,
integrating innovative methodologies into workflows.
