Euclid Chemical is looking for a dedicated and motivated Lead Production Technician to join our team in Denton, TX! This important role supports day-to-day plant operations, including production, procurement, and customer service, ensuring that we deliver quality products and maintain our reputation for excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Produce high-quality products by following established guidelines. Conduct quality inspections in accordance with lab procedures. Identify and document issues related to products, processes, or quality management systems. Manage scheduled production requirements and perform inventory checks. Oversee and support plant operations, including production planning, loading/unloading, and building maintenance. Plan and manage raw material procurement. Handle data entry for orders, inventory control, production, and purchasing. Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety procedures. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: High school diploma or GED.

Job Purpose

Principal Accountabilities

In addition, assists in auditing all Global headcount reports for the RPM PCG with the HR Director. Create and maintain Global Organization Charts. Support the HR department to deliver employee engagement actions. Ensure accurate data is maintained within all HR information systems by regular audits and cross checks against trackers. Maintain employee information ERP system. Function as a liaison between vendors and employees and advises employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefits matters, including monthly insurance reports and audits. Coordinate annual Open Enrollment. Maintain and assist with all employee compliance trainings and Oracle records management. Champion the Employee Self Service (ESS) through Oracle managing the information entry process and ensuring that all new employees are enrolled in the system. Coordinate all Cooperative Education and Intern candidates. Manage the Employee Service Award Program. Analyze processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Experience |Education | Certifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration preferred.
Two years prior experience in human resources, preferred. PHR or SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHMR-SCP, preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication, oral and written, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on soft skills. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office 365. Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and trust. Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work and projects.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $55,000.

Key responsibilities within the Yard Supervisor / Manager position:
Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of around 13 staff
Work with the Commercial Manager on daily planning and resource allocation
Manage all yard operations, including receiving, storage and dispatch of stock via Kerridge system
Organise daily deliveries from multiple suppliers and ensure correct storage
Coordinate accurate picking, loading, and dispatch of customer orders to meet delivery targets
Maintain yard organisation, cleanliness and Health & Safety compliance
Oversee seasonal preparation, peak-period operations, and off-season maintenance
Conduct stock counts, manage rotation, and minimise damages
Provide training and coaching to new and existing staff
Operate forklifts when required (valid licence essential)
Handle first-line disciplinary procedures in line with company policy
Essential qualifications & experience as a Yard Supervisor / Manager:
Previous leadership experience in yard, warehouse, or operations management
Strong people management skills with the ability to build and develop teams
Proven track record in stock management and operational efficiency
Hands-on approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Solid Health & Safety knowledge and manual handling practices
Valid forklift licence

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.
Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis.
Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with:
WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule.
Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
30-hour OSHA certification
Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.
Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems, and how to repair them properly.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000.
