JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Key Responsibilities of the Lead Welder
Lead, motivate, and support the team on the shop floor.
Promote strong Health & Safety standards and ensure compliance.
Manage schedules to keep production running smoothly.
Track KPIs, complete daily checks, and drive improvements.
Communicate key updates, manage absences, and support performance.
Maintain high housekeeping standards and apply Lean/5S practices.

Experienced and comfortable working on the tools as a Welder Fabricator
Previous experience working within similar roles, such as welding supervisor, Welding Team Leader and Experienced Fabricators
Strong understanding of health and safety practices.

Monday- Thursday (06:00-15:00)
Friday (06:00-11:00)
In Return, the Lead Welder Leader will receive:
Basic Salary: £39,000.
