Job Description:
Complete work functions within Chemical production operations Responsible for the quality blending of finished products and the bulk, drum, and pail packaging of products Full understanding of Chemical Hazards specific to area assigned to, including PPE General forklift duties The core responsibility for blending and packaging of products demands the use of mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps, mixing equipment, and automation control systems Completion and compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements including all near miss and incident reporting Accountable for the data entry of production tickets, good receipts, and shipping documentation Daily inspection of work area and monthly document reporting.
Ensure that a clean organized work environment is maintained at all times. Assist with physical inventory counts and processes Compliance with all applicable ISO requirements Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Responsibilities of the Warehouse and Delivery Driver
- Perform general warehouse tasks, including forklift work (reach truck), assisting with loading/unloading containers, and tracking items

- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Support the Operations Manager and Warehouse Supervisor with inventory, paperwork, uniform prep, packing materials, and safety checks

Candidate Profile
- Previous hands-on warehouse experience
- Delivery driving experience using 3.5-tonne vehicles
- Experience with operating Reach Trucks (external licence required)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy goods when required

General Purpose:
The Field Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing support and safety oversight to regional Roofing and Weatherproofing Technologies field employees (including but not limited to Sales, Roofing Advisors, CSS, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensuring site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, as well as ensuring site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
This position will provide supervision and coordination of the day-to-day safety requirements of jobsites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)
*this should take place at least 80% of the week
* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all Roofing regional projects. Assist site leadership to develop site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Field Services Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning and equipment. Assist Regional Field Safety Managers with rolling out new safety initiatives and briefing employees as needed on new policies, or changes in existing policies, to keep current (e.g., Daily Task Planning, 100% audit compliance, safety training programs) Educate the workforce and regional leadership on understanding Tremco's safety cultural advancements, such as safety leadership and safety management systems. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of Tremco Health and Safety programs in the field, to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met. Participate with and/or conduct Toolbox Talk Meetings with Regional team employees. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance. Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance of our subcontractors to applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco and their own). Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.

Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.
Mixes base coats and finishes with electric drill and paddle.
Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
Assembles and pours mold for cast stone.
Trims parts with cutting equipment. Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment.
Assists with shipping and receiving.
Follows all safety requirements.
Cleans equipment after use and assists team in keeping production space clean and organized.
Assists with monthly inventory counts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel/work remotely 80% or greater.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (flat, metal, TPO, EPDM, etc.). Apply waterproofing sealants and coatings to roofs, flashings, and other surfaces. Apply painting of roofing components, trim, or other structural elements as required. Identify and repair leaks or damaged areas on commercial roofs. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees.
Job Requirements:
Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred Reliable form of transportation Acceptable background check per company standards Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $23.00 and $29.00.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
