Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. This position performs various diagnostic onsite inspections for customers, as well as other inspection services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks.
Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary.

Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, and in-person meetings) with customers, sales representatives, field staff, and internal company personnel on all diagnostic-related matters.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when providing services to customers.
In conjunction with the Manager of Diagnostic Services, assist in training other field personnel on diagnostic tools, techniques, and processes.
Proper completion of all services and related paperwork.
Participate in all safety trainings and complete any required documentation.
Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Manager of Diagnostic Services or the VP of General Services

The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting.

All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources.
Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems.
Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review and confirm all work orders scheduled.
Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco
Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job
Job Site Inspection specific:

Check materials for specification compliance, material type and proper storage
Walk the roof with the Foreman.
Address proper drainage, staging, application and details

Key Responsibilities
Line manage all vessel masters, including recruitment, training, and mentoring, as well as the Vessel Operations Supervisor.
Support vessel operations and oversee day-to-day maintenance and refit periods.
Ensure compliance with flag and international regulations (MCA, Workboat Code, Class) and maintain documentation to enable operations in neighbouring countries.
Monitor vessel performance and report on cost efficiency.
Support internal vessel audits, third-party vessel selection, and manage relationships with third-party vessel owners.
Drive future fleet development, including USVs, and analyse performance to minimise downtime and unplanned costs.
Report directly to the Operations Manager.
Collaborate with Vessel Project Managers to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
Advise the Commercial Team to support project appraisal.
Prepare vessel business plans for the Business Line Manager to support fleet development.
This role is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to vessels and site locations.
This Job Is for You If You Have:
A relevant academic background in marine operations, engineering, or geophysics.
A strong foundation in the marine industry or geophysical survey operations.
Proven experience in vessel, project, or operations management.
Marine certification to operate a vessel or a recognised management qualification with relevant experience.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to lead skippers and vessel coordinators effectively.
Capability to support fleet development and implement operational changes.
A commitment to fostering innovation and advancing fleet capabilities.
A collaborative approach across the Geophysics department and the wider Fugro organisation.
Responsibility for fleet oversight and third-party vessel management.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (flat, metal, TPO, EPDM, etc.). GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor.
Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.
Mixes base coats and finishes with an electric drill and paddle.
Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
Assembles and pours mold for cast stone.
Trims parts with cutting equipment.
Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment.
Assists with shipping and receiving.
Follows all safety requirements.
Cleans equipment after use and assists the team with keeping production space clean and organized.
Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training.
