THE OPPORTUNITY:

You'll work closely with an experienced Network Operator who will provide hands-on mentoring and training.

THE ROLE:
Support and maintain IT network and physical servers, helping the company transition to cloud systems.
Provide first-line support, troubleshooting hardware, software, phones, and connectivity issues.

THE PERSON:

The use of AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) equipment to inspect a variety of electronic circuit card assemblies ensuring these meet IPC-A-610 as well as any other relevant standards
Making sure they are free of defects.
These products will be fresh off the in-house Surface Mount Production Line.
You will be operating the equipment and following relevant instructions and procedures.
For this position as an AOI Operator/Inspector based in Bedfordshire you will need experience in Inspection of all forms of electronic assemblies, including:
Populated Surface Mount PCBs to component level
Populated Conventional PCBs to components level.
Cable Assemblies and Harnesses'
Unit Assemblies.
Occasionally support the SM department with additional checks.
Pack goods for local and UK shipments.

Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
