Job Description:
Complete work functions within Chemical production operations Responsible for the quality blending of finished products and the bulk, drum, and pail packaging of products Full understanding of Chemical Hazards specific to area assigned to, including PPE General forklift duties The core responsibility for blending and packaging of products demands the use of mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps, mixing equipment, and automation control systems Completion and compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements including all near miss and incident reporting Accountable for the data entry of production tickets, good receipts, and shipping documentation Daily inspection of work area and monthly document reporting.
Ensure that a clean organized work environment is maintained at all times. Assist with physical inventory counts and processes Compliance with all applicable ISO requirements Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Preferred, 2-year Process Technology Degree Good Attendance record Preferred, Manufacturing, Chemical or Technical experience 2+ years Able to Work 12-hour shift: Dupont Schedule, Day and Graveyard rotation Ability to work in the US without sponsorship Preferred, Forklift experience certified
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs, Ability to bend, squat down, and reach above your head throughout the day, Ability to climb stairs and ladders Must be able to wear fall protection, and work at heights. Must be able to wear respirator approx.

I Holland are looking for a Press Operator! The role is General Operator in our Hobbing department on a continental shift pattern.
Hours of work - After training, hours of work will be a continuous work pattern of 12-hour days (6.00 am -6.00 pm) and nights (6.00 pm - 6.00 am) and hours will average at 42 hours per week inclusive of a 30-minute daily paid break.
Each worked shift will receive 30% shift premium for this work pattern (included in the advertised salary).

Role Overview
Are you an experienced production technician / operator looking for an exciting new job opportunity?
We are currently looking for multiple Production Technicians and Operators to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Hertfordshire area.
There are multiple vacancies across various production teams including; incoming materials, equipment and machine preparation, material handling/processing, sterile operations, quality control, labelling and packaging.
All production teams work 24/7 and as the Production Technician, you will be on a 4 on 4 off 12 hour shift.
As the Production Technician you will be responsible for the technical aspects of machine set-up and operation/completion of relevant documentation, whilst actively supporting process improvements and adhering to cGMP regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Your duties as the Production Technician will be varied dependent on which team you join, however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1.
To adhere to cGMP and H&S standards, including hygiene, environmental control and safe working practices within the production environment.
2.
To ensure that manufacturing equipment is used in compliance with any maintenance, calibration and validation requirements.
3.
Help co-ordinate the activities of the section including the liaising with other sections when required.
4.
To develop skills which will enable reviews of SOPs, BPRs and related documentation as required by the Team Leader.
Role Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Production Technician we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1.
Have previous work experience in a process or highly regulated industry, for e.g.
Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, Food, FMCG, Beverages etc.
2.
Experience in setting up and operating automated and semi-automated equipment in compliance with approved procedures.
3.
Demonstrated ability to understand and follow SOPs with good attention to detail.
