JOB PURPOSE:
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for selling company products to Home Depot & Lowes retailors in assigned region of NYC Metro.
Builds and maintains relationships with retail partners in order to sell company products to end-users.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sells company products through building and maintaining relationships with retail partner-Home Depot & Lowes Creates awareness and demand for company products. Addresses product and brand specific questions from consumers and store staff. Showcases and promotes products through in-store demonstrations, district events, and contractor events. Provides store assistance with handling customer issues, including providing store management guidance with resolution. Ensures proper promotional placement, adequate POP, proper inventory levels, and effective down stocking Trains retail staff on new and existing company products. Maintains and repairs merchandising displays and sets shelving according to provided planograms. Performs other duties as assigned in the interest of Rust-Oleum.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Entry level to 2 years of experience with a basic knowledge of retail merchandising, product promotions, and product demonstrations. Ability to build relationships with a variety of people and communicate in a style that is friendly, relatable, and persuasive. Able to apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Able to follow standard instructions, practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data Strong organizational ability, attention to detail and follow-up skills Strong time management skills to ensure all assigned locations are visited. Ability to work independently and without immediate supervision Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Able to handle products as appropriate for demonstration purposes. Salary range is $55,000.

General Purpose of Job:
The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services related to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Perform Job Site Inspections as they relate to quality assurance and/or adjustment work. Position Summary:
Responsible for manufacturing at acceptable efficient levels while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Functions:
Manufacture batches of product in Basket Mill and HSD. Maintain cleanliness of vessel, gates, blade, blade underside, shaft, manufacture lids and storage lids. Utilize various scales as required. Properly transact raw material from inventory utilizing scanners. Relocate material tanks/containers to place of origin. Write off drum heals as required. Perform inventory cycle counts as required. Properly record times, temperatures, and QCT's of batches as required. Comply with all company safety policies. Maintains a clean work environment. Follows all departmental policies. Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Must either have forklift certification or have ability to pass forklift certification test. Steel-toed boots, hard hats, and safety glasses (side shields as needed) are required.
A variety of gloves, aprons, respirators, and other PPE are available as needed. Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance instructions and safety rules. Ability to use a computer for all company required processes, procedures, and training.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Routinely lifts, carries, and moves raw materials or company products weighing up to 100+ pounds.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods.
This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep including: OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Rood Systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor and document performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including: expense management monthly sales projections Field Tech time management status reports bidding jobs with reps large job sign offs, project documentation, etc. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Vice President of WTI General Services.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks Prior commercial roofing experience including patch and repair skills Knowledge of Project Management, planning and scheduling skills Knowledge and experience monitoring and maintaining Quality Control Functional computer skills Safety training and OSHA knowledge Understanding of budgeting and expense management Planning and organizational skills.

WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.

Visit property owner/management customer locations and assess their rooftop safety needs, schedule inspections/assessments, provide fall protection presentations, or any other on-site activities as directed. Coordinate assessments, engineering assessments, training, and/or fall hazard risk inspections with outside partners. Prepare estimates using the electronic tools provided (i.e., spreadsheets, apps, etc.). Develop relationships with regional teams including but not limited to, sales reps, CSS, program managers, regional business managers, field supervisors, and field technicians. Develop processes and protocols for engaging sales representatives, customers, and contractors in alignment with regional and company objectives. Proactively identify potential barriers to participant success and work within WTI and outside agencies to deliver solutions. Provide excellent customer service to employees and outside partners. Travel as needed to visit customer locations and projects for project review, QC, customer presentations, quotes, and any other visit needed to promote or support the team. Essential Functions:
Stage and prepare all raw materials associated with production batches. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in batch making and packaging areas, with active engagement in positive safety behavior. Communicates (gives a heads up) low levels of raw material to supervisory staff. Develops good working knowledge of all batch making and packaging processes. Maintains good working relationship with Quality Control. Must be capable of logical structuring of batch making process, particularly optimizing the switchover sequence/needs of production. Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near miss accidents and material shortages to Production Supervisor. Makes batches and operates packaging equipment efficiently.
Capable of handling scanner & basic computer operations. When there is downtime on his line, proceeds to line assigned to him by Production Supervisor for further training or operation. Assist in hazardous waste handling when needed under the guidance from production management/supervisors or RCRA.
Preferred Requirements:
College Level chemistry course experience.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Minimum 2-year prior related experience of 1 year experience as a production batch maker.
Physical Requirements:
Must pass standard eye examination (corrected or uncorrected) and must pass standard color-tone testing. Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by fit test performed by an authorized agency. Must be capable of lifting between 25-70 lbs.
