As the Manager your key responsibilities include:
Support with the setup and development of a new children's home
Assist in leading and supporting a motivated staff team
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies
Support recruitment, staff development, and supervision processes
Contribute to effective budget and resource management
Promote a child-centred culture focused on safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Experience working in a children's residential setting
Strong understanding of safeguarding and children's needs
Leadership potential with excellent communication skills
Passionate about supporting young people and progressing into management
The successful Manager will receive an excellent salary of £55,000 per annum.

We are looking for an Adult's Social worker to join our Hospital Team.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.
About the team
This team work with adults who have complex mental health needs with a secure hospital setting.
They work as a multidisciplinary team, working closely with NHS professionals to support safe, effective care and discharge planning.
They are involved with undertaking placement reviews, facilitating hospital discharges and completing safeguarding processes under the Care Act 2014 are some of the key responsibilities for this position.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role.
Experience within a mental health team or in an Hospital setting lends well to the success of this position.
A valid UK driving licence and vehicle are preferred but not essential for this role

We are looking for a Children's Social Worker to join a Referral and Assessment Team.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in a permanent contract/s.
About the Team
This team provides quality services to vulnerable children, young people and their families and act as the first point of contact.
This team has a child-centred approach and is a key contributor when deciding appropriate action, to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
Carrying out S17, SAFs and pre birth assessments are some of the day to day responsibilities in this role.
About you
A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience working with children is imperative in order to be considered for this role.
The ability to work as part of a multi-agency team, having a solid understanding of frontline safeguarding and being comfortable with making decisions under pressure, in a fast past environment lends to the success of this position.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in a permanent contract/s.
About the Team
This team involves working with children in care to support and protect them through their journey through CIC proceedings.
Responsibilities in the team include creating and reviewing care plans and ensuring direct work with each child in order to ensure they are settled, can make sense of the changes in care and aid in their recovery from experiences prior to this.
The team also deal with court proceedings.
About You
