Integra Education is seeking an experienced and committed Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wigan.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a real difference and who can serve as a positive role model for young children.
This role is temporary with a view to become permanent starting off as a minimum of one school term.

About the Role
In this rewarding 1:1 position, you will support the pupil with:
Redirecting and positively guiding behaviour
Establishing and maintaining clear boundaries
Engaging with classwork and classroom activities
Identifying potential behavioural triggers
Promoting a safe, consistent, and supportive learning environment
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a TA/LSA in a primary school setting (Essential)
Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
A patient, flexible, and understanding approach
Consistency and confidence in supporting behaviour needs
Experience with positive handling (desirable but not essential)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
