Presents and promotes Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts supporting Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers within the region. Manage Stonhard projects utilizing TPM guidelines.

Essential Functions:
Direct management of a team of Superintendent(s).
Includes hiring, training, and performance management.
Reviews projects at turnover including Contract Review, work order and installer schedule process.
Manage select TPM projects Conducts active project audits on Large Projects associated with LPP: Labor, Material & OC's and communicate back to team.
Works directly with Regional Operations Manager and RCM to ensure up to date and accurate allocation and management of Installation Resources.
Inspects and approves forecast and PMF's for TPM projects.
Maintains and updates Change Order Log.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education may be considered.
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with long tenure.
A track record of successful construction project leadership, including references from past clients and employers.
Self-motivated & results driven with a strong sense of urgency.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Spends a minimum of four days per week in the field working with Superintendents and/or on Stonhard projects.
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Requirements
2 - 5 years' Stonhard experience in the field working on projects and products.
Demonstrate the ability to train assistant superintendents and communicate clearly.

We're working with a well-established, family-run business specialising in scientific equipment and consumables.
As the company continues to grow, they're now looking for a Biotech Sales Specialist to join their friendly, values-led team.
This is a key role focused on developing relationships with biotech customers across the golden triangle.
You'll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio while identifying and onboarding new customers, helping to increase volume, profitability and product mix across the territory.
You'll work closely with internal colleagues, including product managers and procurement, as well as external partners and suppliers.
This is a home-based role with travel to customers across Oxford, Cambridge and London.
Some overnight stays will be needed to manage the patch effectively.
You'll also spend occasional time at their Birmingham office for meetings, collaboration and training.
As Biotech Sales Specialist, you will
Manage and grow a portfolio of biotech customers across the golden triangle
Develop sales strategies and account plans, initiating contact and building strong long-term relationships
Identify new opportunities and bring new customers onboard
Act as the lead point of contact for your accounts, supporting across all areas of service and delivery
Work with internal teams to manage pricing, contracts, renewals and CRM data
Stay close to market developments, new technologies and competitor activity
Represent the business at events, exhibitions and supplier meetings
We're looking for someone who
Has experience in biotech sales or scientific sales with strong understanding of the biotech space
Is confident building relationships and influencing a range of stakeholders
Takes a consultative approach and enjoys providing solutions to customers
Is proactive, self-motivated and commercially focused

Please note; this role is primarily working from home however the successful candidate will be expected to travel.In this position, you will be expected to;- Maximise rental income, collate and share housing management data and present to services teams in a clear and meaningful way- Have oversight of rent setting, rent accounts, arrears and all types of voids across services- Develop and deliver comprehensive and achievable actions plans with Managers and Area Directors of services that have individual cases or high levels of arrears and provide targeted support to promote achievement which minimizes loss- Support services to maximise income from all sources and implement income collection systems which are flexible to the income source- Develop targeted, innovative void management strategies for services with specifically high levels of maintenance related voids- Liaise with landlords and property owners in relation to voids created and/or extended by their processes or inaction- Provide timely reports to Service Managers, SMT, ET and Trustees on arrears and void performance in line with regulatory requirements- Work with the Senior Facilities Manager to ensure the effective procurement and delivery of our reactive, planned and cyclical maintenance service which provide timely, value for money to a high standard for our clients- Have oversight of the organisational performance for repairs and maintenance services- Work with the Senior Facilities Manager to ensure services are meeting Health & Safety compliance and reporting- Ensure all legal documents (i.e tenancy / license agreements, occupancy , lease agreements) relating to housing management are centrally held and in place for all properties/clients and are kept up to date- Review Management Agreements from landlords to ensure that Area Directors are able to negotiate the best terms, liaising with external professionals where necessary- Support the Business Development Team on housing management information required for both tender opportunities and any subsequent mobilisations.
This may include drafting budgets and rent setting, with the support of the Finance Team.- Provide support to staff in the management of occupancy agreement breach cases including arrears, abandonment, ASB etc.
