...and much more! In this role, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and enhancement of equipment at the plant.
The facility is a 24/7 operation and, while you must be able to work any shift, the current opening is for the following shift:
2nd shift (Monday to Thursday from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am)
Overtime is available/required.
Associates earn double-time pay for all hours worked in excess of 50 hours in your standard work week!
Responsibilities:
Repairing manufacturing, packaging, and material handling equipment
Performing various plant maintenance functions to maintain the general operation of the facility
Assisting with production duties as needed
Requirements:
Basic understanding of maintenance processes, industrial safety applications and terminology related to a manufacturing and distribution environment, including but not limited to use of hand and power tools
Experience in maintenance crafts and mechanical repair (electrical, plumbing, and welding); electrical troubleshooting, reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, shop mathematics and drafting skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and ability to stand for periods of up to 3 hours
Proven ability to work well with others, self-motivated, work with little or no supervision, multitask and prioritize daily
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, decision-making and communication skills

This position supports the operation of the Distribution Center through efficient execution of a variety of duties such as accurate order picking, safety and quality audits, UPS, reclaim/rework and housekeeping, cycle counting and general warehousing duties as needed or required.

Responsibilities:
Utilize RF scanner and unit to read information from the Manhattan system to pull cases of finished goods from the designated bin location
Build pallets according to DAP standards in terms of layout, pallet requirements, labeling, wrapping and loading
Assists in maintaining an accurate inventory through proper utilization of RF devices, accurate counts, and recording/reporting of all discrepancies and damaged product.
Assist in physical inventories
Maintains a safe work environment ensuring that all DC policies and practices are followed.
Upholds an acceptable level of housekeeping in all areas of responsibility
Abides by all DC safety rules and regulations
Works in other areas as required by business needs
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment
Ability to safely operator a walkie-rider and pallet jack after training completion
Ability to operate RF scanner
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the scheduled work day
Must be able to stand and/or walk for the entire scheduled shift
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
Pay Rate:
$17.00/hr

Responsibilities
Demand Forecasting
Utilize historical data, market trends, and statistical analysis to develop accurate demand forecasts for consumer products.
Continuously monitor and refine forecasts to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
Collaborative Planning and communication
Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, production, and procurement, to ensure alignment in demand and supply plans.
Lead demand review meetings to discuss forecast accuracy, address issues, and ensure everyone is working toward common objectives.
Data Analysis
Analyze and interpret demand patterns, sales trends, and market data to make informed decisions regarding demand forecasting and inventory management.
Utilize demand planning software and tools to enhance forecasting accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as supply chain management, business, or a relevant discipline.
1+ years of experience required.
Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management within the consumer products industry is a plus.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Experience in using Excel or IBP forecasting tools a plus.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-year college Chemistry or minimum 5 years Technical Service experience
Valid Driver's License
Valid Passport
NACE Certified CIP preferred (Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3), or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Physical Requirements:
Occasional physical activity required.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Extended computer usage (up to 8 hours/day)
Must be able to climb and meet 1A Ladder requirements.
Occasional exposure to chemicals
Travel required 50%+, including nights and weekends.
Must pass and maintain respirator fit test requirements.
Essential Functions:
Prepare coating panels with precision and care-laying the foundation for high-performance testing.
Confidently operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, abrasive blast cabinets, and pin welders.
Document and track panel performance to ensure accurate and reliable testing outcomes.
Execute certified spray applications for nuclear testing orders with attention to detail and safety.
Take charge of routine field jobs, providing expert guidance and technical support to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with customers and sales teams to gather critical job data and prepare for successful field visits.
Lead hands-on demonstrations of mixing equipment, airless and conventional spray systems-showcasing best practices for applying Carboline products.
Interpret surface preparation standards with confidence, ensuring compliance with job specifications.
Train and empower painters, inspectors, and supervisors with practical techniques and technical know-how.
Support evaluations of new products and equipment, contributing to innovation and continuous improvement.
Follow established procedures from the Technical Service Procedures Manual to maintain consistency and quality.
Champion the Company's safety and quality programs, setting the standard for excellence in the field.

DAP is currently looking to hire Product Information Specialist.
Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise to customers, sales reps, and internal staff in area of proper product usage/application.
Arrange for customer reimbursement for defective products, assist in rectifying customer complaints, and arrange for investigations on specific user complaints.
Provide technical advice to customers Respond to phone, email, chat, and faxed inquiries regarding 'how to use' DAP products correctly.
Advise customer on how to correct the misuse of DAP products.
Supply technical data sheets, verbal advice, and safety data sheets to customers.
Respond to written, electronic and faxed correspondence regarding technical advice and user dissatisfaction.
Provide product use referrals (i.e., specify the correct product for architects, engineers, contractors, and end users).
Rotating Saturday on Call Phone Support On-Call phone support.
Each TCSR will be included in the standard rotating schedule with the requirement to provide on-call support (remotely) one Saturday each quarter.
Saturday assignments will be posted on a quarterly schedule, once published any changes require 24-hour notice and management approval.
Requirements
Educational requirements are High School Diploma or bachelor's degree.
0-3 years' experience in customer service.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking is essential.
Industry experience and product knowledge a plus.
Knowledge of SAP system preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in stressful situations.
Detail oriented service and mature attitude when dealing with customers.
