Job Description:
Legend Brands has a full time opening for a Powder Coat Painter in our Prescott, AZ facility.
Must be available to work Mon-Thurs 5:00 am - 3:30 pm.
Some overtime may be required.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Job Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have at least 6 months- 1-year previous powder coating experience or auto body painting or liquid paint spraying Position requires washing, sanding, and parts prep Preferred skills include working knowledge of powder coating paint solvents, sealants, metal finishing techniques Attention to detail and quality Task oriented with the ability to follow processes and procedures
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required Manual dexterity and basic experience with hand tools including metal finishing equipment such as disk grinder, orbital and belt sanders, sealing tools, powder application guns and more Manufacturing experience preferred
Hiring Range:
Between $18.00 - $18.00/hour

DAP is looking to hire Customer Service Representative based at Baltimore, MD. The customer is everything at DAP and our Customer Service Representatives take first class care of them.
They roll up their sleeves and handle anything requested by our field sales reps and our B2B customers (dealers and distributors) that will keep orders on-track and on-time.
Upon completion of the training program, this rep will work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for maintaining a high service level and low abandon rate by ensuring customer calls are answered in a timely manner.
Answering the customer calls using excellent phone techniques.
Provide tracking details to final destination upon customer request. Responsible for accurate order entry of all incoming orders via phone, fax, and email.
Responsible for tracking and monitoring of all orders from entry to shipment.
Confirmation of all orders received to the customer within 24 hours providing valid expected ship dates. Responsible for the review and monitoring of orders entered report to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders.
Review all backorders for daily communication with plants regarding shipping status of backorders.
Responsible for daily interaction with sales reps, credit reps and pricing team to resolve all order blocks and pricing issues in a timely manner.
Communicate with credit department on term's discrepancies.
Responsible for the accurate and timely process of requests for credit/debit upon customer request and investigation.
Ensuring that the procedures are followed for each process in a correct manner. Responsible for the daily interaction of assigned customers and sales reps.
regarding orders, pricing, problems and product information. Additional duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work 9:30 am - 6:00 pm High School (or equivalent) Effective communications skills - verbal and written, SAP experience a plus. Grace under pressure - remain positive and focused to the task at hand. Effective problem-solving skills - quick on your feet and can think outside of the box.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work all with a sense of urgency. Familiarity with use of PC system for order placement, pricing, and distribution and to obtain information relative to customers, orders and products.
French fluency is a plus.

DAP is looking to hire Inventory & Purchasing Analyst for Dallas Plant, TX. The Inventory & Purchasing Analyst determines the appropriate levels of inventory for the manufacturing plant while considering machine production schedules, current inventory, service quality, and projected sales demand.
Perform inventory analysis daily as well as solve problems, minimize product obsolescence, and meet inventory strategy objectives.
Coordination of the ordering of raw materials and packaging supplies to meet production requirements.
Responsibilities
Inventory Duties
Continuously maintain the integrity of the schedule by balancing demand and supply inside the planning window. Build strong relationships with our strategic vendors that help ensure long-term accountability and secure the best terms.
Responsible for inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies to ensure availability for production.
Monitor receipts, reschedules, late shipments.
Perform inventory adjustments and prepare inventory reports to document counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.
Perform inventory analysis and make recommendations on excess, obsolete, or slow-moving item
Purchasing Prepare purchase orders and ensure materials are purchased on time and within budget.
Purchasing of raw materials and packaging supplies, as well as some finished goods.
Follows up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Develop and monitor cost-reduction strategies and establishing effective procurement procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Assist in forecasting to plan future orders.
Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
Tracking Track and maintain inventory records, including quantities, specifications and costs.
Assist in the preparation for the annual physical inventory as well as periodic cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
Train plant personnel in maintaining accurate data.
Provides improvement recommendations to improve inventory control.
Analyze and review the quality of materials purchased and discuss defective or unacceptable goods with vendors.
Data Entry Input of inventory adjustments, material receipts, and purchase orders, resolves discrepancies.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree 5 years+ experience in Business/Production Materials Planning. Must know the basic tasks of the warehouse, such as receiving, shipping, inventory management. Well versed with P.C.
skills, 10-Key, APICS. Logical reasoning abilities; knowledge of processes, applications, terminology, forecasting and facility capabilities. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Manage all aspects of assigned National Accounts, this includes line reviews, marketing campaigns, & ensuring DAP active & new products are added and maintained within each account's product offering & PIM system Oversee each account P&L, assuring profit margin and sales goals are achieved Track, analyze, & share account performance from both internal sales reports & external POS reports to identify gaps, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, & threats Develop & maintain a strong head office relationship with key stakeholders at each account across multiple departments & develop presentations tailored to appropriate target audience Expand relationship beyond the head office with account sales leadership & key field sales teams & end users Establish & maintain training & product knowledge for account's Category Managers, Product Managers & their sales teams leveraging company resources & customizing as needed Budget for, plan, manage, and travel to work related trade shows and account sales meetings throughout the year Communicate & work closely with DAP Pro Group Field Sales Team to help accomplish common goals and focus on key account initiatives with the whole team, and more specific opportunities within regions as needed Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand complex customer requirements and develop tailored solutions Report out account performance & current or future initiatives during internal meetings Develop short-term & long-term strategy with ability to remain open & pivot where needed
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales and business to business account management, preferably in the building materials or industrial products fields Clear understanding of how Pro & Industrial Distributors go to market in multiple channels & what is needed to get products listed, evaluate & maintain those products, & drive pull through. Team player who can be trusted to engage, participate in & lead key corporate growth initiatives.
Understanding of key DAP products & product categories & how they're used within various Construction & Industrial trades. Monitor market, competitive, & account specific trends, identify strategic opportunities, and ensure product offering is properly positioned within each account. Network and build relationships at functional and senior leadership levels across assigned national accounts.
Written and verbal communications skills that are clear, concise, appropriate in timing, and directed to appropriate levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI, and an ability to learn to use other related applications as needed
