In this role, you will play a strategic, hands-on role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of global payroll.
Experience in global payroll (US & APAC) is essential for this role.

Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in global payroll, managing payroll across multiple countries and regions, APAC & US is essential
Experience working in a global organisation, with financial services experience preferred.
Expertise with HR tools and technology such as Workday and HR analytics tools.
Proven experience with Workday Payroll, particularly for UK payroll operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:
Ensure business-as-usual payroll operations, meeting regional pay dates for colleagues.
Engage with stakeholders across geographies to ensure processes, governance, and designs are effective and fit for purpose.
Monitor payroll data standards, KPIs, and SLAs, driving improvements globally and locally.
Contribute to developing and enhancing the controls and risk management framework for global payroll processes.
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and reporting requirements in each deployment country.
Identify and mitigate risks related to payroll deployments, escalating issues when necessary.
Develop and maintain payroll metrics and analytics to provide insights on performance, costs, and trends.
Authorise payroll-related payments and balance sheet funding movements as per approval matrices.
Operate in line with service governance requirements, ensuring adequate documentation for continuous payroll delivery.

Assist with deployment and operation of sampling/testing equipment.
Participate in required role and site-specific training courses.
Support training Junior Wireline Engineers on geophysical logging equipment.
What you'll need to thrive in this role:
Essential: Degree in Geophysics or related field, experience in wireline geophysical logging, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Perform minor repairs and fault-finding across all fire suppression systems
Complete service reports and compliance documentation accurately and efficiently
Communicate clearly with clients and site personnel to ensure safety and satisfaction
Requirements
Proven experience in fire protection servicing, ideally across sprinklers, risers, and hydrants
Familiarity with relevant standards including BS9990 and BS9251 / BS12845
Full UK driving licence
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work

Retail & Asset Solutions are currently seeking motivated, professional and flexible individuals to complete stock counts for well-known retailers, on a casual contract-basis across the UK.
The Role
We are looking for Retail Stock Counter / Car Share Driver to add to our already successful team as part of a car share team.
Work will be carried out on different Retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
Sunday to Thursday
You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Key Skills/ Experience Required
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required.
As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
You must have a full Driving License or be able to make your own way to and from sites using public transport.
You must have a ‘can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

We are looking for an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join our Mental Health Team.
This role requires an AMHP qualification and a minimum of 2 years' experience as an AMHP
About the team
The team works within the community to aid in the care and safety of those with mental health needs.
Working to their rota's (Part-time and full-time) and holding a small caseload of their own.
The team works in collaboration with police and other local agencies across the county / Borough to ensure service users with mental health concerns are aided in the best way possible.
About you
Experience as an AMHP is essential as well as an active AMHP warrant.
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years' experience is needed in order to be considered for this role.
Driving is preferrable but not required for this role.

The position
This full-time permanent position,you will be responsible for driving around the region based in and around Leatherhead to complete audits on deliveries.
Rate of pay: £27,289 per annum
Weekly hours: 40 hours plus 30 min unpaid break (8.5 hours per day) concessions made to 6 hours per day based on stores visits +50 miles.
Shift patterns Monday-Friday, within a window of 05:00-17:00

As a Mobile Accuracy Checker, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering our customer store is accurate.
Job activities
Audit the Inbound accuracy of multiple supplier deliveries at customer store level.
Audit Picker accuracy of stock arriving at stores and fully investigate all errors found.
Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
Maintain integrity at all times.
Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.
