Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, HR, Finance, Microsoft 365 or Service Management platforms.
Strong business process mapping and process improvement experience.
Experience supporting infrastructure, cyber security, enterprise application or digital transformation programmes.
Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into business-focused solutions.
