You will be a pivotal member of the legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel, and working closely with Commercial Directors.
You will have the opportunity to shape and drive corporate deals, providing proactive legal advice across a range of commercial, corporate, and property matters
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex M&A transactions, including share acquisitions, business and asset acquisitions, property acquisitions, and related finance arrangements
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements with clarity and commercial insight
Provide strategic advice on transaction structure, managing due diligence and disclosure processes, and presenting key legal findings to the board and senior stakeholders
Coordinate with external advisers, funding partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient completion of transactions
Support company secretarial matters and oversee post-completion integration of newly acquired businesses
Contribute to shaping the legal strategy of the group and provide guidance across corporate and commercial matters
Skills and Experience:
Strong corporate M&A experience, comfortable running live transactions from start to finish
Experience in property, real estate, or construction law is advantageous
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships internally and externally
High level of commercial awareness, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Hands-on, proactive, and able to operate independently while collaborating with wider teams
Eligibility: We would consider a Solicitor or Legal Counsel (Circa 4 or more years post-qualified experience) with a current practicing certificate (or equivalent)

The Process Engineer provides engineering support to the assigned program and/or area to ensure the product is processed in accordance with customer and division quality requirements while maintaining production flow.

Responsible for investigating and implementing new process technology at the plant.
The Process Engineer is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing the plant.
This position is responsible for influencing the development of preventative maintenance programs at the facility and will have a significant role in capital improvement plans while assisting in work area design, plant layout, visual control and metric implementation, material flow, process tracking, and communication.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Engineer's role is viewed as an extension of management.
Responsibilities are broad and include safety, product quality, process control, productivity improvement, and development of a LEAN culture.
The Engineer is expected to spend a significant amount of time on the floor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety
Assume a leadership position at the facility in partnership with the shift supervisors.
Activities include resolution and communication regarding safety issues.
Execute on scheduled PHA's and JSA's.
Proactively monitor area and remediate potential safety issues.
Use DAKOTA software as a tool for compliance and environmental, health and safety.
Use the tool to report incidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
LEAN Culture
Develop and execute upon "standard work" activities.
Assume responsibility for assigned activities on the Engineering Tier and other accountability boards.
Conduct "GEMBA Walks" daily.
Use walks as the primary means of education and communication of expectations.
Improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities.
Apply Engineering principles and methodologies to Improve productivity and eliminate waste.
Product Quality
Work to maximize equipment efficiency and quality for output.
Member of the facility QIC.
Ensure identification of root cause and subsequent prevention of future customer complaints.
Assist in the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications and process parameters.
Capable of equipment troubleshooting and process design.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university.
B.S.
in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Controls Engineering.
EXPERIENCE:
Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Controls Engineering from an ABET Accredited university.
Relevant experience from internship is acceptable for experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Understanding process variance and the resultant effects on Quality.
Knowledge of applied statistics.
Ability to perform problem analysis utilizing problem-solving methodology.

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of process and facility-related equipment.
Equipment inspection includes preventative maintenance (PM) and associated documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with all safety policies (especially Cardinal Rules - e.g.
Hot Work, LOTO, Confined Space),
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager to support LEAN initiatives to eliminate unplanned production interruptions due to process equipment failure,
Implement the needed preventative measures, including optimization of PM program,
Ensure reliable operation of facility support processes and utilities (i.e.
HVAC, Steam Boilers, Air Compressors, Tow motors, Cooling Towers, Hot Oil Heaters),
Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility electrical systems (e.g.
programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces, lighting) and components (e.g.
sensors, switches, valves),
Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility mechanical systems (e.g.
product vessels/reactors, pumps) and components (e.g.
piping, manual valves),
Investigate equipment/process failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation,
Assist Maintenance Supervisor to arrange and coordinate contractor tasks (including equipment rental) to support facility and process maintenance/repairs,
Serve, as needed, on process hazard analysis (PHA) teams/sessions
EDUCATION
High School Diploma required
EXPERIENCE
One-year certificate from college or technical school and 1-2 years' experience OR
High School Diploma and 4 years' experience
