We are looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Advisor to join our clients busy commercial vehicle dealership in Avonmouth.

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the workshop by ensuring parts are efficiently supplied to technicians and maintaining smooth running of the parts department.
Parts Advisor Key Responsibilities
- Accurately identify, source, and distribute parts to service technicians across multiple shifts
- Maintain stock levels and carry out regular inventory checks
- Order specialist parts as required and ensure timely delivery
- Manage goods in/goods out processes efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Keep records up to date using computerised systems
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working in a vehicle parts or motor trade environment
- Good IT and administration skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude
- A full UK driving licence

An opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor with 2 years of experience to join a well-established automotive parts distributor specialising in wholesale and retail supply of vehicle components and accessories.
As a Parts Advisor, you will be assisting trade customers with parts enquiries, managing orders, and supporting sales growth.
This full-time permanent role offers a starting salary of £30,000 and benefits.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
* Accurately identifying required parts using provided details
* Preparing price estimates and checking product availability

* Confidence in using Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPCs)
* Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
