GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

The Inbound/Outbound Distribution Clerk is responsible for coordinating and processing the efficient movement of materials and finished goods into and out of the distribution center.

The role serves as a key link between warehouse operations, transportation providers, customer service, inventory control, and production teams to ensure products are received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately and on schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verify receipts against purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and advance shipping notices (ASNs).
Identify, document, and communicate shipment discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
Schedule and monitor inbound docking and unloading activities.
Enter receiving transactions into warehouse management systems (EWM) and ERP systems.
Ensure received materials are properly labeled and routed to designated storage locations.
Fulfill customer orders and shipment releases in accordance with shipping schedules.
Generate shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, labels, and carrier paperwork.
Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers, freight providers, and internal departments.
Verify order accuracy, shipment quantities, and routing requirements prior to shipment.
Monitor order status and resolve shipping issues to support customer service levels.
Track and communicate shipment information and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate inventory transaction records, investigate inventory discrepancies and support cycle count activities.
Ensure timely system updates for receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
Review reports and transaction data to identify exceptions requiring corrective action.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding receiving priorities and shipping schedules.
Support compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain organized shipping and receiving records.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse and distribution processes.
Provide administrative support for distribution operations as needed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or distribution support.
Experience working with inventory systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or ERP systems.

The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, handling, storage, receiving, and shipping of raw materials and finished products.
This position supports production and warehouse operations by ensuring materials are accurately received, organized, picked, staged, and prepared for shipment while maintaining accurate inventory and system records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Using the appropriate equipment, move full pallets of raw materials and finished product to appropriate area.
Using appropriate equipment, pick and place finished products on shipping pallet based on pick slip.
Perform physical inventory by counting and verifying quantity of finished products against pick slip.
Wrap and package pallet prepare for shipping.
This includes putting on address labels for each pallet and posting picked order to SAP (Goods issue).
Load order using appropriate truck.
Ensure the Driver and Shipper/Material Handler sign off on the bill of lading.
Review expected shipments that will be received for the day (ex.
raw materials) and from other warehouses as designated.
Determine areas to store deliveries.
Unload transport trailers and store products to designated storage areas.
Code received products and label with HMIS (in-house label system) sticker.
Verify received shipment has Certificate of Analysis (testing documentation from vendor)
Work with Purchasing to address order errors, damages, packaging issues, product coding.
Internal deliveries of smaller packages ie.

Follow safe work procedures and practices
Recognize and report hazards
Attend health and safety meetings
Participate in training, audits and inspections

This position provides oversight for financial controls, policies and processes, and use reliable information and analysis to support and guide operations activities and strategic direction for the Georgia, US manufacturing and distribution sites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and accountabilities apply to the plants and distribution centers in Georgia, US.
Compliance Accountabilities
Ensure understanding of and compliance with internal controls.
Ensure alignment of plant accounting RPM policies and standard costing methodologies.
Ensure alignment with CPG operations accounting processes.
Safeguard company assets and monitor for fraud.
Assist in managing approval levels.
Liaises with internal/external auditors as required.
Capital Investments and Fixed Assets
Ensure projects are properly justified (financial models) and prioritized for maximum return on investment.
Monitor capital approvals, spending, and CIP, ensuring that projects are closed in a timely manner.
Coordinate fixed asset inventories and monitor fixed assets for impairment or disposal.
Assist in the management of capital critical spares and central stores (where applicable).
Assist in the evaluation of taxability of purchases and capital projects.
Finance Partnering
Support and increase financial acumen across all plant departments.
Liaison between operations, corporate finance, and the business.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Measure and analyze both lagging and leading indicators (KPIs) to improve processes and overall plant performance.
Active participant in SIOP.
Assist in green belt projects and measuring cost savings initiatives.
Reporting and Variance Analysis
Produces executive summary report and plant metric files.
Tracks and reviews all manufacturing spending; propose reclassification entries or accruals as necessary and note anomalies for management.
Analyzes process order variances and works with plants to correct any errors.
Reviews purchase price variance accounts and works with purchasing and plants to correct any errors.
Monitor scrap and inventory adjustments against a target.
Provides weekly forecasting on costs of goods sold (COGS) and variances.
Measure inventory levels and throughput to assist in working capital targets.
Provide plant management team or corporate accounting with financial data as required.
Monthly, Quarterly & Annual activities:
Prepares monthly journal entries.
Evaluate OSD (Obsolete, Slow Moving, Distressed) inventory for adequate reserve balances, and work with operations to ensure inventory is being reviewed and disposition considered on a regular basis.
Assist in planning, monitoring, and reconciling cycle counts and full physical inventories.
Provides inventory accuracy and completeness data and recommendations to leadership.
Assist with Census/Tax requests as needed
Annual Budgeting
Work directly with plant management on annual budgets including assumptions, data validation, and variance analysis.
Calculate annual labor and overhead rates for all cost centers.
Provide input for assessment percentages.
Prepare financial exhibits and variance schedules as required.
Perform ad-hoc projects and analysis as requested.
EDUCATION
Finance or Accounting degree (Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university)
EXPERIENCE
10+ years of operational accounting experience
CPA or MBA is a plus, but not required.
Ability to influence others and drive change
High-level analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to organize data and draw relevant conclusions, recognize trends and/or inconsistencies and take action.
High degree of flexibility and organization and the ability to effectively handle multiple concurrent sites and projects, a fluctuating workload, and changes in priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak with various levels of the organization, both within and outside of finance
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables, visuals)

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Senior Construction Accountant (Tremco CPG Inc.) is responsible for the accounting activities associated with the Tremco CPG Inc.'s service businesses that offer comprehensive roofing and general contracting services to building owners and facility managers in the United States and Canada.
Candidates should possess a strong command of US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and of provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
This position will oversee processes critical to the business including percentage of completion (POC) and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
Additionally, they will coordinate the controls related to the revenue recognition process.
This position must have strong communication, technology, analytical and management skills.
This position will be instrumental in developing enhanced policies, procedures, systems improvements, and will participate in a variety of special financial projects.
This role is a hybrid position (will work partially from home and a few days per week at the Beachwood headquarters) and reporting to the Tremco CPG Inc.
Roofing Controller.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for critical accounting and reporting activities for Tremco CPG Inc.'s service roofing and general contracting businesses, including month-end and annual close.
Ensure timely completion of month-end close procedures to adhere to strict deadlines.
Work alongside construction managers and other operations team members to perform monthly control activities related to percentage of completion revenue recognition.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with construction team members
Prepare monthly reconciliations associated with contract assets and WIP
Collaborate with contract admin team to document processes and enhance control environment.
Review monthly balance sheet and income statement analytics and other procedures as part of the month-end close to ensure transactions have been properly captured.
Perform monthly and quarterly controls within company policies and procedures.
Successfully interfaces with internal audit and external audit resources.
Provide audit requests timely and facilitate completion of the audit on time.The duties above are performed within the guidelines of US GAAP while adhering to corporate procedures, internal/Sarbanes Oxley controls and RPM reporting requirements.
This also includes maintenance of records for the accounting department within government and RPM guidelines.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in accounting for service contracts (e.g., construction contracts, general contracting services, roofing installation services) is required.
Minimum 4+ years in General Accounting or Audit.
Background in a manufacturing environment or general contracting environment a plus.
Knowledge of SAP (FI, CO and PA modules) a plus.
Consolidation software experience, such as OneStream is a plus.
Knowledge of US GAAP is required.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: List the licenses, certificates, and registrations that are required to perform the essential duties.
CPA license or progress towards CPA license a plus OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and US GAAP: Strong understanding and application required.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, research discrepancies, and propose solutions.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis.
Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with:
WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule.
Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
30-hour OSHA certification
Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.
Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems, and how to repair them properly.
