This role can be full-time or part-time offering excellent benefits and a salary range of £12.35 - £12.40 per hour.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be supporting children in day-to-day activities, managing challenging situations with patience and understanding, and contributing to their overall well-being in a residential setting.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Residential Support Worker, Support Worker, Childcare Worker, Care Worker or in a similar role.
* Ideally have 1 year of experience in residential childcare.
* NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People would be preferred.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Right to work in the UK.
