Main Responsibilities of Warehouse Team Leader
Working closely with the Warehouse Manager
Ensure that safety is a high priority among both employees and visitors.
Overseeing a team of circa 4 Yard Operatives/FLT Drivers
Proactively engaging with colleagues across the business, particularly Production and PLW teams, to maximise warehouse storage capacity efficiently in line with production and forecasts.
Ensuring Quality Control processes are robustly implemented to ensure all stock is received, stored, and delivered in optimum condition.
System accuracy to always ensure high levels of inventory accuracy across the warehouse and outside storage.
Taking responsibility for the operating procedures and disciplines within the warehouse and across the yard, ensuring full compliance and undertaking the planning and deployment of labour resources to meet the volume of despatch, picking and goods-in requirement.

Role Overview:
As a Shift Process Operator, you will be a key member of the process team, working an 8-week rotating shift pattern to provide 24-hour operational coverage.
You will be responsible for helping to maximise output across all process units in collaboration with the Shift Team Leader, while following production plans set by the Plant Managers and Shift Team Leader.
The Shift Process Operator will ensure plant operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company procedures and safe working practices at all times.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Shift Process Operator, you will support Shift Team Leaders in the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of plant activities, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and maintaining effective communication on plant performance and issues.
Monitor and control plant processes and equipment, taking appropriate corrective action where required to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operations.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and environmental compliance, promptly reporting incidents and supporting investigations to prevent recurrence.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance plant performance, applying structured problem-solving techniques, and supporting operational excellence.
Work collaboratively across shift teams and plant areas, providing cover, maintaining operational flexibility, and undertaking training to develop skills and support colleagues where required.
The successful Shift Process Operator will demonstrate a proactive approach to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a busy manufacturing environment.
Experience Required:
Experience working in a manufacturing, production or process driven environment.
A willingness to learn, be flexible, contribute positively towards the working culture.
Current FLT licence is desirable but not essential.
IOSH qualified or a willingness to achieve.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth, market share expansion, and customer penetration within an assigned territory.
This role combines strategic channel development with hands-on territory execution, supporting both industrial product lines and foam solutions.
This is a quota-carrying role requiring strong commercial leadership and technical expertise.
Territory managed will be South-East Regions - VA, NC SC, TN, GA, FL, AL, MS.
The Regional Sales Manager can be based at Atlanta, Jacksonville, Orlando, or Tampa area.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth
Expand distribution channels, OEM partnerships, and private label accounts
Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer insights
Build and maintain strong customer relationships using value-based selling
Manage key accounts, pricing strategies, and quoting processes
Lead and support sales teams, manufacturer reps, and cross-functional partners
Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and P&L performance
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets
Provide product expertise, training, and customer demonstrations
Track CRM activity, reporting, and ensure operational compliance

Requirements:

Ability to analyze performance reports and develop sales business plans
At least 30% overnight travel

JOB DESCRIPTION
The typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Develop and manage the engineering maintenance schedules for the plant
Prioritize and schedule required preventative maintenance in coordination with Production Supervisors and Managers.
Input and maintain the maintenance data on SAP PM
Develop and implement PM instructions
Generate and analyze maintenance KPIs such as work order completion time, breakdown reduction, and % completion of orders.
Analyze the parts inventory system.
This includes assisting the entering of all parts transactions such as POs, issues, returns, and inventory adjustments.
Maintain accurate inventory records to help perform or manage periodic cycle counts and physical inventories.
Utilize TPM to deliver maintenance initiatives on site
Responsible for maintenance data capture and reporting (losses, costs, breakdown analyses, tag resolution)
Maintain records such as documentation of contracts and agreements, costs, budget information for maintenance/building accounts, and maintenance performance history.
Provide expertise with the computer based maintenance management system (CMMS) to schedule, document, and update all plant maintenance work orders in SAP.
Assist buyer in ordering and recommending of materials, supplies, and services to support the operation and maintenance for the facility.
Support Regulatory and Corporate standards by maintaining accurate files and records.
Develop, plan and execute training activities to expand the skills of the team.
Analyze total cost of ownership - parts, time, and downtime for each piece of equipment.
Review PM tasks, frequency and time with maintenance technicians, supervisors and engineers.
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Science
1-2 years of work experience in similar environment, is preferred
Must be experienced with advance planning systems and ERP systems, preferably SAP S4
Excellent organizational skills are required
Proven ability to possess strong problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to be a team player with focus on improvement and strong drive for resultsA
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
