ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review each individual Roofing field sales (annual) business plan. Be part of 1) each local Roofing field sales team, 2) each Roofing regional sales leadership team, and 3) Roofing field sales training to drive growth via Rule-of-10's and project specific activity. Act as technical expert for related technologies in assigned area and market segment. Leverage industry, segment, and/or product knowledge to identify gaps in assigned product line and present opportunities for development and growth. Provide leadership, creative guidance, and collaborate with multiple cross functional stakeholders on pre-launch needs and post-launch support to enhance selling efforts; including but not limited to testing, certification, warranties, collateral, literature, case studies, and success stories. Collaborate with the Learning team on content for our qualified applicator program (QAPs) and general industry training. Work with local sales representatives to identify target contractors and other stakeholders to drive attendance at technical trainings. Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team on the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and generate leads/opportunities/orders. Work in partnership with Corporate Development and Strategy groups to develop strategy maps and business plans. Identify and assist in the prioritization of merger and acquisition (M&A) targets based on strategic initiatives and growth priorities. Drive integration of acquired products into new and established sales initiatives. Collaborate with Strategy and R&D teams on next generation technology. Create, implement, maintain, and train on the use of value calculators. Provide leadership within applicable industry associations and provide trade show support, as appropriate. Provide regular updates and communication to the business regarding activities, initiatives, outcomes, key performance indicators (KPI's), etc. Continuously enhance technical knowledge through self-study, industry networks, and research. Business Systems Team Leader General Purpose of the Job: Provide leadership and project management for SAP and other business systems supporting Supply Chain Management across Tremco's American operations. The SAP Team Lead is responsible for leading the development and execution of SAP and related business system initiatives. JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL SUMMARY Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods. This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches. Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis. Prepares and offers constructive criticisms relative to variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality. Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects. Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards. Request raw materials for use in formulas. Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. We prefer the candidate to live in the center of the region which is Dallas or Fort Worth, Texas. The position supports Tremco CPG's core Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing products. Tremco Sealants manufactures sealants, air barriers, waterproofing membranes, traffic coatings, glazing accessories and more for new construction and restoration. Our products can be seen on structures from parking garages and mixed-use buildings to single-family homes and high-rises, and are also used in the modular, residential window and door, industrial and manufacturing markets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations. Works primarily with existing accounts, while seeking and developing new account opportunities to influence and increase use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory. Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, partnership with key decision makers, and strategic initiatives. Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory. Leverages industry knowledge, marketplace dynamics and key relationships both internally and externally to develop trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers with a focus on problem identification, exploration and resolution. Annually prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans for each customer with monthly forecasts. Consistently and efficiently follows the standard sales process to identify prospects and decision makers, gain customer commitment, predict sales probability, and effectively close deals. Manages day-to-day contact, exchanges information succinctly, truthfully and ethically while addressing issues directly and tactfully in pursuit of mutual interest and benefit. Develops and delivers technical, high quality and directed digital collateral, product prospectus, presentations, and business correspondence in support of the overall sales process. Collaborates with senior staff to coordinate and execute product knowledge training sessions with internal and external customers, as appropriate, utilizing supplier representatives. Leverages all available technology on a daily basis for productivity and effective lead generation, account maintenance, sales and expense tracking, forecasting, account reviews, customer contact, presentations, etc. Works collaboratively with internal support resources to develop teamwork through cooperation, trust and mutual respect. Attends and presents business unit products and services at industry conventions and trade shows. Maintains extensive product knowledge in all product lines and service offerings. Adheres to and enforces all company policies, pricing, and operational procedures with special attention to the professional image of the company. Performs other related duties as required, requested or assigned. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience EXPERIENCE Two plus years related experience and/or training Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.) Basic knowledge of product chemistries OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to travelwithin assigned territory.
