The role will include working as part of a multi-disciplinary team including police and probation services, working with high risk young people to provide them with education and resources to reduce the risk of reoffending.
The successful candidate must have
Hands on experience in Youth Work or with high risk young people (children's homes, youth justice, young offenders)
Emotional and Physical Resilience
Driving License and Vehicle
Experience designing and delivering programmes to young people
Knowledge of and commutable to the whole of Buckinghamshire so living in the County is preferred
