Our client an established industrial manufacturing business are currently looking to recruit an experienced Production Planning Manager with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role within fast-paced, process-based manufacturing.
As Production Planning Manager, you will provide robust production and material planning to ensure delivery of the master production schedule.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of production planning/scheduling activity to the highest safety, operational, quality and inventory management standards, you will work with all functions to implement and facilitate improvements to optimise the planning/scheduling efficiency, maximising productivity and customer satisfaction and ensuring exceptionally high OTIF performance.
Planning Manager - Requirements
Previous experience as a Production Planning Manager, with at least 5 years' experience in production planning.
Previous experience within fast-paced industrial manufacturing environments
At least 3 years working experience of SAP Products and Excel
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Act as a key member of the Manufacturing Management Team, actively contributing to the overall strategy for the supply chain and operation of the business

Responsible for forecasting, in addition to ensuring the plans compliment the Sales & Operation processes
Provide an integrative approach in managing the total flow of all materials through the operational channels from suppliers to the customer
Ensure the customer is kept supplied and finished goods are supplied “On Time In Full”
Develop and support smart systems of work through automation, procedures & processes to ensure continual improvement in inventory control and stock levels
Act as a key member of the manufacturing management team and contribute to the overall strategy for the supply chain and operation of the business.
Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure material availability and stock levels balance and match production the plan.
Create and actively progress and manage production plans.
Automate current process flow from customer order to Finished Goods.
Support the Implementation of planning tool software
Act as a key stakeholder in SAP implementation.
Work with manufacturing to provide the most efficient and robust production plans.
Work closely with Operations, Sales and Technical functions.
Facilitate effective communication, liaising with the SLT and across the business to achieve company objectives
Ensure that Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards are adhered to including the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company.

General Purpose of the Job:
WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Visit property owner/management customer locations and assess their rooftop safety needs, schedule inspections/assessments, provide fall protection presentations, or any other on-site activities as directed. Prepare estimates using the electronic tools provided (i.e., spreadsheets, apps, etc.). Develop relationships with regional teams including but not limited to, sales reps, CSS, program managers, regional business managers, field supervisors, and field technicians. Proactively identify potential barriers to participant success and work within WTI and outside agencies to deliver solutions. Provide excellent customer service to employees and outside partners. Travel as needed to visit customer locations and projects for project review, QC, customer presentations, quotes, and any other visit needed to promote or support the team. DAP is looking to hire Customer Service Representative at our Fenton, MO Location. The customer is everything at DAP and our Customer Service Representatives take first class care of them.
They roll up their sleeves and handle anything requested by our field sales reps and our B2B customers (dealers and distributors) that will keep orders on-track and on-time.
Upon completion of the training program, this rep will work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with our sales reps and B2B customers via various methods, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers in both USA and Canada locations in order status, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure swift resolutions. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our system. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm High School (or equivalent) Effective communications skills - verbal and written, SAP experience a plus Grace under pressure - remain positive and focused to the task at hand Effective problem-solving skills - quick on your feet and can think outside of the box Ability to multi-task and prioritize work all with a sense of urgency Familiarity with use of PC system for order placement, pricing, and distribution and to obtain information relative to customers, orders and products.

Extract and compile customer & product sales data from SAP, Power BI, Data Lake, or all applicable sources to support the overall pricing team. Build and create profitability analytics models utilizing advanced Excel, Power Pivot and Power Query.
Create impact analytics of different pricing scenarios on revenue and profitability. Key contributor to pricing changes data compilation, impact analytics, and pricing change performance evaluation at products and accounts level. Conduct ad-hoc analyses in support of pricing strategy, trade marketing, and product management.
Work with Director of Pricing Analytics to develop & publish periodic price reporting.
Conduct tracking of pricing forecast, price realization, and price opportunity identification. Work with Director of Pricing Analytics to conduct full lifecycle analysis to understand product value proposition, current or proposed price points, data gathering & cleansing, and deep dive advanced statistical analysis/modeling.
Support the Pricing Strategy team to understand and design complex commercial pricing models leveraging data and analytics to develop and execute pricing strategies across various categories, suppliers, and customer segments. Support Sales teams operationally through deal support, data gathering through custom dashboard/reports development and analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: 4-year BS degree in business, finance, economics, informatics, or related fields. Experience: 4+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, project management, or a related field. Advanced level Excel skillset and Microsoft Office packages experience is required.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools is desirable. Familiarity with Access, SQL and SAP preferred.
Advanced Excel Proficiency requirements:
Create and troubleshoot complex formulas: Using functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and array formulas. Develop and manage PivotTables: For summarizing and analyzing large datasets. Utilize advanced data analysis tools: Such as Power Query and Power Pivot for data modeling and transformation. Automate tasks with Macros and VBA: To streamline repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
