Job Purpose
New Product Designer will have the responsibility for design, development, and testing of application of new product concepts for our new technology development and existing products.
You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, and R&D to ensure that the designs meet market needs, cost targets, and production requirements.
Responsibilities
Translate consumer insights into meaningful and innovative design solutions through ideation, CAD development, and prototyping. Support conceptualization and development of new products on small and large programs in a team environment. Galvanize support for your ideas through strong presentation and communication skills. Leverage new, and existing Visual Design Language to maintain strong brand integrity. Participate in consumer empathy research and design discovery. Develop feasible products and validate prototypes. Identify and select materials and components to meet design objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of bachelor's degree in industrial design or mechanical engineering or other related fields. 2 or more years of hands-on experience in new product development, prototyping, and testing of mechanical systems with proven track record of successful new product design and development, preferably in durable consumer markets Have a strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and technological elements.
A passion for design, engineering, problem solving, with critical thinking and creativity. Excellent working knowledge of Computer Aided Design modelling concepts and software proficient with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks) for 3D part modeling, drawing, and assembly creation of the mechanical components Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team from project concept through commercialization. Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills including good special acuity for design. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.

RESPONSIBILITY

Key contributor to pricing changes data compilation, impact analytics, and pricing change performance evaluation at products and accounts level. QUALIFICATIONS
Education: 4-year BS degree in business, finance, economics, informatics, or related fields. Experience: 4+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, project management, or a related field. Advanced level Excel skillset and Microsoft Office packages experience is required.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools is desirable. Familiarity with Access, SQL and SAP preferred.
Advanced Excel Proficiency requirements:

JOB PURPOSE:
The Corporate Project & Design Engineer is accountable for providing engineering design specifications and standards as well as leading strategic CapEx engineering projects within Manufacturing Operations.
This includes executing engineering projects for capital installations $200,000+, project management ownership from design through startup, and long-range technical planning and strategies for the business.
The role also leads the creation and maintenance of engineering design specifications, guidelines, and standards.
Principle Accountabilities:
Responsible for capital project execution including equipment selection, justification, CapEx processing, purchasing, installation, and start-up support efforts Engineering Design Leadership - Develop and manage engineering design specifications and Techno-Economic Models including process design, P&ID, mass and energy balances, equipment sizing, and financial analyses (CapEx, OpEX, NPV) Support & bolster the Engineering Work Process providing strategic direction and support to build and enhance the work process Engineers within the team on large projects can be assigned specific portions of capital projects based on expertise and workload availability including project management, technical design of packaging equipment & paint making/processing equipment, and construction management.
Project Management - Manage projects using the Engineering Work Process from conceptual design through successful startup transition to the local plant team.
This includes managing budget, timeline, and deliverables to ensure projects meet established success criteria. Design - Recommend, and implement manufacturing systems that are designed for machine, human interaction, method/process, raw material & environmental variability.
Design to incorporate Lean principles to improve reliability, ease of use & maintenance, minimize changeover times, and to minimize production losses. Construction Management - Manage contractors, technicians, skilled trades, and internal resources to safely install and startup manufacturing systems.
This includes working with the plant operational teams on training, standard operating procedures, and identification of spare parts. Apply the Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations, building code, and NFPA fire code to capital projects and design specifications Manage external Engineering Firm resources on large capital projects Frequent interface with corporate staff, plant staff, operators, and maintenance personnel across a 3-shift operation
Education/Experience Requirements:
BS in Chemical Engineering preferred.
Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Electrical Engineers with hands-on related experience will also be considered. 5 years Minimum in plant engineering support role with hands-on experience in engineering, process design, continuous improvement, troubleshooting equipment, project management and project start-up verification Demonstrated strong organizational, interpersonal, and technical communication skills, with the ability to lead and thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environments Commitment to safety, ethical behavior, and respect for people, ensuring adherence to industry standards, governmental regulations and company values Willingness to travel frequently to support capital project assignments.

Essential Functions:
Work with Director of Marketing to support Stonhard and its brand and visually tell our story. Responsible for design and production, from concept to completion (with team collaboration) for brochures, sales literature, product data sheets, business cards, website graphics, signs, posters, packaging, sample tools, tradeshow banners, presentations, meeting collateral, internal mailings and product launches. Purchase printing, obtain bids, manage pricing, liaison with Mailroom on receiving and inventory. Manage uploading intranet content and graphics, working with users and supporting other departments to manage their areas independently. Responsible for photo editing, cataloging photos and managing photo library. Work with content team to provide graphics for websites, intranet and information display. Review and recommend promotional items branded installation partner items and company 'swag', provide necessary artwork and designs and support Mailroom who purchases and manages online stores.
Member of global marketing team to support consistent messaging across the world.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of overall graphic design work experience or 10+ years of equivalent experience in a lead graphic design professional role. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva.
Must have experience in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign.
Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong understanding of typography, color theory and layout design. Support content team with design projects for website and social media. Must be creative, resourceful and collaborative. Detail-oriented and effective organizational and project management skills.
Must have ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative, team-oriented, work with Marketing team members and other departments on event ideas and execution.
Preferred Requirements:
BS, BA, or FA in Graphic Design, Communications Design, or closely related field, preferred.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period - up to 8 hours. No unusual environmental, lifting or exertion requirements are associated with this position.
Requires travel up to 10% within company plants, distribution facilities and other North American locations.

As a CNC Brake Press Operator you will be given full training to set and operate the Brake Press and Punch (including Radan programming) working with 316L stainless steel mostly 3mm but something down to 1mm.
After successful training you will become a Sheet Metal Worker.
You will need to be able to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
In return they are willing to pay an attractive hourly rate (please state your requirement upon application) and the following:
