As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supplying excavation supports to civil contractors, ground workers, and end users throughout the East London & Essex area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

Specific Requirements: Establish and maintain professional relationships with partners, suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers. Review and plan materials forecasting and usage and ensure supplier understanding of PO requirements for long-term product availability. Prepare and submit the required documentation to establish credit terms with vendors and contractors. Monitor and track the quality of service provided and supplier performance, driving improvements in timely delivery, quality conformance, and compliance. Compose POs, verify availability, coordinate delivery dates, monitor shipments and back orders, expedite deliveries, and communicate status and ETAs to the team and partners to support target production dates. Maintain and update procurement data in the ERP system Ensure sufficient stock quantities are maintained to support demands. Assess the life of inventory (regular, aging, excess, EOL, etc.) and prepare reports to upper management regularly. Maintain cross-functional communication to ensure awareness of material additions, changes in specifications, and supplier changes. Identify cost-reduction opportunities. Suggest improved ways of working, introducing new processes or revising existing ones in support of key priorities. Resolve vendor returns, cost recovery, and replacements. Minimum Requirements:

Position Summary:
Responsible for selling all of the assigned company products/services within the assigned sales territory by contacting established customers as well as developing new prospects.
