DAP is looking to hire National Account Manager for the Pro Group, based anywhere in US. The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing & growing strategic accounts within the Industrial & Pro channels.
The product mix will vary between different accounts, but will be focused on DAP caulks/sealants, one component & two component polyurethane spray foam, adhesives, & patch/repair products.
Responsibility:
Manage all aspects of assigned National Accounts, this includes line reviews, marketing campaigns, & ensuring DAP active & new products are added and maintained within each account's product offering & PIM system Oversee each account P&L, assuring profit margin and sales goals are achieved Track, analyze, & share account performance from both internal sales reports & external POS reports to identify gaps, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, & threats Develop & maintain a strong head office relationship with key stakeholders at each account across multiple departments & develop presentations tailored to appropriate target audience Expand relationship beyond the head office with account sales leadership & key field sales teams & end users Establish & maintain training & product knowledge for account's Category Managers, Product Managers & their sales teams leveraging company resources & customizing as needed Budget for, plan, manage, and travel to work related trade shows and account sales meetings throughout the year Communicate & work closely with DAP Pro Group Field Sales Team to help accomplish common goals and focus on key account initiatives with the whole team, and more specific opportunities within regions as needed Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand complex customer requirements and develop tailored solutions Report out account performance & current or future initiatives during internal meetings Develop short-term & long-term strategy with ability to remain open & pivot where needed
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales and business to business account management, preferably in the building materials or industrial products fields Clear understanding of how Pro & Industrial Distributors go to market in multiple channels & what is needed to get products listed, evaluate & maintain those products, & drive pull through. Team player who can be trusted to engage, participate in & lead key corporate growth initiatives.
Understanding of key DAP products & product categories & how they're used within various Construction & Industrial trades. Monitor market, competitive, & account specific trends, identify strategic opportunities, and ensure product offering is properly positioned within each account. Network and build relationships at functional and senior leadership levels across assigned national accounts.
Written and verbal communications skills that are clear, concise, appropriate in timing, and directed to appropriate levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI, and an ability to learn to use other related applications as needed

Position Summary:
Responsible for manufacturing at acceptably efficient levels, meeting production schedules, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, maintaining employee morale, and any employee relation issues.

Enforce safety regulations, investigate accidents, complete accident reports as required and eliminate potential and actual safety hazards. Run daily cycle counts. Assure the following shift is properly stocked with supplies and that materials are in sufficient quantities on the production floor to assure a smooth start-up. Responsible for ensuring ISO standards and procedures are followed.
Review and approve timecard hours in the timekeeping system by 8:30am every Monday morning.
Communicate improper equipment operation or downtime to maintenance and coordinate required repairs. Perform annual evaluations and administer training for production employees. Input inventory transactions and monitor LN for accuracy. Monitor employee performance, coach, council, motivate, and discipline as necessary. Secure and lock facility when applicable. Enforce all company policies and regulations. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner as required by procedure. Responsible for physical inventory, directs cycle counting, and full physical inventories when required. May be required to train and certify employees on proper use of forklifts. Perform additional duties as assigned. Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, or 2 years Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules.

Physical Requirements:
Occasionally lifts, carries, and moves raw materials or company products weighing up to 100+ pounds.

Primary Responsibilities: Develop Standard Work for all injection molding processes and support activities and help train leaders in each functional area. Establish and maintain internal specifications and process documentation for injection molding processes and tooling ensuring processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees. Justify and generate capital expense proposals and manage capital projects for new machinery, automation and tooling. Oversee specification, quotation and procurement of new or modified/repaired tooling. Establish optimum machine cycle parameters for new or modified tooling and machine combinations. Hands-on technical resource for shop floor support when necessary. Monitor and report issues with injection molds; make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycles, process capability, and tooling history. Serve as focal point for custom molding applications, providing customer quotations and technical support. Facilitate and support facility and manufacturing safety, environment, and ergonomics efforts.

degree in Plastics, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required. Must have a minimum of 5-7 years practical work experience in an injection molding machines between 75 and 2,500 tons.
Hiring Range:
Between $86,000 - $99,000 annually.

Collaborate with department manager to understand skills and competencies required for the roles. Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations. Spearhead employee engagement initiatives.
Work with management team and associates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Drive performance management initiatives.
Prepare functional leaders for annual review process and facilitate regular check in meetings to ensure goal alignment. Act as a vital source of information, answer questions from employees regarding HR matters.
Educate employees and enforce company policies and procedures. Act as a liaison in communications of benefits administration and leave management related inquiries. Demonstrate high level of integrity by careful management of confidential and sensitive information. Liaison between RPM corporate and Kirker to ensure HR and compliance related requirements are communicated and met. Support payroll/timekeeping process, supply information to centralized payroll team. Maintain and update HRIS and time attendance system as needed such as new hires, LOA and termination. Assist in gathering standardized information and the preparation and distribution of reports such as Headcount, benefits enrolment, disability update and other ad hoc reports as requested. Responsible for following records retention guidelines and security of confidential information.
Requirements and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Minimum five-year experiences in Human Resources with HR Generalist background. Human Resources Professional Certification preferred. Experience in supporting manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong planning and problem-solving skills. Basic business acumen, ability to partner with business leaders. Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn HRIS and Talent Management System.

SALARY: $100,000 - $110,000 plus quarterly commissions
Summary: As a Sales Representative you will be expected to actively seek out and engage customer prospects across the greater Chicago area.
This will include calling on distributors and producers, as well as working with contractors, specifiers, and owners to sell Euclid Chemical's wide range of products.
