Under general supervision, the Account Manager - MRO is responsible for growing sales in the assigned geographic territory.

Education and Experience

Proven history of identifying and building strong relationships with prospects through a consultative and strategic approach.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager Junior Associate position will train in many departments within Roofing and WTI while engaged in a degree seeking program through RISE.
The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade.
This position requires hands on; roof or construction site activity. General Contracting - learn and assist in project management duties including but not limited to managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc), participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: WTI Commercial Façade Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business.

As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the WTI Foreman is focused on safety, crew management and efficient execution of all WTI Projects assigned to them.
Travel will be required.
It is the responsibility of the WTI Commercial Foreman to deliver timely and the highest quality service to all our WTI customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
This includes responsibility for conducting safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including: Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with all onsite project personnel (Sales Rep, Customer, WTI Supt & Crew, Etc) Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable.
Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer prior to arrival, upon arrival, and upon completion of daily work WTI Supervisor on safety, schedule changes, project and crew updates, etc.
Efficient project management to include managing crew start and end times, production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently completing the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents.
Complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be included in daily project status reports.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily.
Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas.
This responsibility includes job start-up, job execution in accordance to contract specifications, job shut-down, and manpower scheduling, all consistent with the planned costs of the job.
Manages field personnel, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining the quality and number of production personnel needed to meet operating demands.
This responsibility also includes laying off personnel, disciplinary action, employee assistance, and handling union matters relative to employees.
Ensure that all WTI Field Labor will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for the tracking and monitoring project inventory.
Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and assures assigned projects comply with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e.
OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, Wage and Hour, etc. Manage, monitor and document performance of WTI Commercial Field Labor and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.
Consult with WTI Commercial Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.
Contributes to operations by supplying accurate and timely job information, including daily job logs, job file documentation, and compiling information for billing the customer. Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. EXPERIENCE:

Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be included in daily project status reports.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily.
Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas.
This responsibility includes job start-up, job execution in accordance to contract specifications, job shut-down, and manpower scheduling, all consistent with the planned costs of the job.
Manages field personnel, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining the quality and number of production personnel needed to meet operating demands.
This responsibility also includes laying off personnel, disciplinary action, employee assistance, and handling union matters relative to employees.
Ensure that all WTI Field Labor will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for the tracking and monitoring project inventory.
Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and assures assigned projects comply with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e.
OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, Wage and Hour, etc. Manage, monitor and document performance of WTI Commercial Field Labor and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.
Consult with WTI Commercial Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.
Contributes to operations by supplying accurate and timely job information, including daily job logs, job file documentation, and compiling information for billing the customer. Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and purchasing of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Supervisor. Trains employees in proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. Coordinates and monitors performance of on-site subcontractors, where appropriate. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Commercial Business Manager. Maintains ethical business conduct.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years progressive experience in a similar role to include leading teams and technical solutions, training, troubleshooting, etc.
Must be thoroughly familiar with standard façade construction including, masonry, EIFS, Stucco, Curtainwall, metal panels, concrete, plaster and other forms of facade systems and how to properly repair them using Tremco CPG Materials.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.
Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.

Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis.
Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with:
WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule.
Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.).
Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation.
Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed.
Assist in state inspections where necessary.
Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed.
Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Dispenser Service Technician (DST) position's primary function is the installation and maintenance of Euclid Chemical concrete admixture dispensing equipment.
This position is also responsible for calling on current admixture customers routinely, offering them DST services.
Services include air checks, checking operation of dispensing equipment, and assisting with job service.
The DST position covers a respective territory however they position may also be required to travel into other select territories upon request.
Our current opening is for our Spokane and Greater Seattle territory.

SALARY: $65,000 - $72,000.
The salary range provided is offered in good faith and is intended to give applicants an idea of potential compensation.
Actual salary may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and current market conditions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field.
Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.)
Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.).
When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit.
Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility.
Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product.
Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused.
Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer.
May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.).
Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation.
Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed.
Assist in state inspections where necessary.
Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed.
Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Travel up to 50% of the time.
Must be willing to spend the night out of town when required.
Flexible schedule.
This includes early mornings, late nights and weekends as needed.
Ability to work alone and with others
Organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
Basic plumbing, electrical, fabrication, mathematical skills.
Ability to follow Euclid Chemical Safety Policies and The Customer's Safety Policies.
