Transport materials to and from offsite warehouse locations and TCI production facilities, including finished goods, premixes, packaging, and maintenance materials
Drive a flatbed truck safely on public roads to support material transfers
Stage and prepare materials for production use, ensuring proper labeling and documentation of all deliveries
Coordinate material needs with production, mixing, and weigh-up departments as required
Pull and deliver labeled samples of stored materials upon request
Load and unload trucks, including tractor trailers, for incoming and outgoing shipments

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for scheduling and planning of production of manufactured items, while maintaining an optimal level of packaging supplies to meet schedule requirements.
Assist in maintaining a balance of inventory to effectively utilize the material, space, and dollars spent while meeting service needs.
Responsibilities
Determine production requirements through utilization of the MRP system (SAP) to view customer demand, forecasts, safety stock and usage.

Maintain weekly schedule adherence rates.

Enter purchase orders for packaging and raw materials and place orders with vendors.
Research and resolve discrepancies with raw materials, WIP, packaging, and finished goods.
Contact vendors regarding quality issues with packaging and raw materials.
Cycle counting, managing OWH levels.
Order raw materials for products they are individually responsible for
Participate and contribute to facility improvement teams and daily production meetings.
Provide information and partake in S&OP meetings as needed.
Attend vendor and customer meetings as required.
Communicate monthly production demands to supervisors, Plant Manager, Operations Manager and OEE manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
5 to 7 years of experience in the relevant field.
PC/Microsoft application knowledge, knowledge of manufacturing processes, SAP experience is a plus.
Supply chain, manufacturing and leadership skills are a plus
Advanced Excel skills would be needed.

The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.
