Responsible for filling production batches into aerosol containers as indicated on batch tickets.
Performs routine maintenance and makes mechanical or electrical adjustments or repairs to production line machines as needed.

Discharges blenders of powder when necessary. Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards. Ensures equipment is set up, cleaned, sanitized, and operated properly before, after, and between runs. Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing. Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents. Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance. Conducts ongoing assessment of quality control and operational procedures. Meets and/or exceeds production goals and guidelines for daily/weekly production runs. Observes plant safety rules and regulations at all times and reports all safety hazards in a timely manner.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Technician supports and ensures the completion of day-to-day maintenance activities at the plant.
The position provides support to leadership for all maintenance staff to drive excellence and maximize effort.
The position focuses on maintaining high-quality standards through the efforts expended at the facility that meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining a professional and equally efficient environment for all production employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform standard work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels. Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures. Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases. Perform Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure completion and accuracy. Other projects and tasks as assigned. Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program. One additional year of experience plus high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable. Two additional years of experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Maintenance Technician II: 1+ year of experience
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

The 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of process and facility-related equipment.

This position will work cross-functionally with both internal and external parties to support DAP's end-to-end supply chain.

Support 3rd party vendors by supplying data, managing documentation, and processing systematic transactions when required. Identify areas of opportunity for improvement and create reporting to quantify changes. Shares project progress internally; escalates and resolves potential issues that would impact cost or service.
Requirements:
1-3 years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience. Experience with TMS (Mercury Gate is preferred) Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (Microsoft Suite).
Knowledge of SAP preferred. Experience creating dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or other related software. Ability to comprehend complex data sheets. Ability to execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Adaptable and flexible to change. Self-starter and motivated to continuously improve and learn.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Technician supports and ensures the completion of day-to-day maintenance activities at the plant.
The position provides support to leadership for all maintenance staff to drive excellence and maximize effort.
The position focuses on maintaining high-quality standards through the efforts expended at the facility that meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining a professional and equally efficient environment for all production employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform standard work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels. Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures. Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases. Perform Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure completion and accuracy. Other projects and tasks as assigned. Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program. One additional year of experience plus high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable. Two additional years of experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Maintenance Technician II: 1+ year of experience
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Were looking for an experienced Buyer to join our client in Poole.
The role will focus on purchasing raw materials at the best possible cost, maintaining supplier relationships, and managing stock across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, experience in procurement, and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase raw materials cost-effectively while ensuring supply security
- Manage and evaluate suppliers in line with c-GMP standards
- Negotiate terms and pricing to deliver annual savings
- Process purchase orders accurately and on time
- Monitor stock levels across sites and maintain minimum stock controls
- Develop and maintain stock control procedures
- Reconcile stock movements and production returns daily
- Provide timely stock updates to management
- Liaise with suppliers on lead times, deliveries, and issues
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in purchasing/procurement
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- ERP system knowledge (Winman desirable)
- Good stock control and analytical abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Excel and data tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, quality-focused, and adaptable

Develop and implement procurement strategies
Create internal and external KPI's to drive continuous improvement and performance in line with company objectives
Ensure MRP systems are accurate and in line with production plans
Ensure materials and supplies are ordered with best price and quality standards required
Monitor and record cost savings achieved
Liaise with internal departments to forecast supply and demand
Report directly to the Operations Manager
For the Procurement Lead role, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess:
Experience working as a Senior Buyer within an Engineering and Manufacturing environment
Experience developing strategies in line with company goals
Experience within the Oil & Gas industry
Experience with Epicor MRP or similar
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Working hours of the Procurement Lead: 37 Hours per week, spread across a regular day shift
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 16:00
Friday: 08:30 to 15:30
In return the Procurement Lead will receive:
Annual Salary: Up to £45,000

Are you experienced in shot blasting and looking to put your skills to use in a well-established industrial setting? We're seeking a Paint Prepper / Shot Blaster to join our skilled production team - someone who takes pride in high-quality surface preparation and knows what it takes to get components ready for coating.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate shot blast equipment to prep fabricated parts to the highest standards.
- Prepare components through sanding, degreasing, fettling, sealing, and masking for wet painting.
- Protect critical areas such as threads and bores during prep.
- Use power tools to drill, sand, and clean components.
- Maintain equipment, keeping shot blasting gear clean and safe.
- Work safely and efficiently, ensuring every part leaves your hands paint-ready.
