Commercial Roofing Foreman

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversees, either directly or indirectly, investigations of labor, cost and process variances and deviations. Participates in the development, revision and accuracy of production plan. Responsible for the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes. Manages the facility to ensure team members achieve their potential and the teams meet their goals. Continuously improve customer satisfaction through programs to reduce delinquencies, provide for exceptional service level and meet customer quality and cost expectations.
Actively seek customer interfaces to communicate and facilitate customer needs within the organization. Works closely with direct manager to establish long-range operating goals and expansion and to ensure manufacturing goals are consistent with strategic direction. Establish uniform methods of manufacturing similar products. Coordinates and monitors plans for reduction in cost and product lead times for existing and new products. Directs the implementation of advanced technology to aid in reaching productions goals. Create productive departments through written and verbal communication. Project a positive image to peers and subordinates, to customers we serve, to the industry in which we participate and to the community in which we live by producing a cost-efficient, quality product in a productive environment. Be able to manage site by using P&L for the plant to ensure we know prior to end of month how plant profitability is and adjust if falling below targets. EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required (Engineering degree preferred)

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors in Packaging Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of packaging development and project management experience preferably within CPG industry working with cross-functional teams Experience with packaging materials capabilities and equipment along with physical and structure package testing procedures Good verbal and written communication skills required.
Must have the ability effectively communicate with cross-functional business partners. Ability to progress multiple projects concurrently. SAP preferred but not required.

WTI Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.

Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss the scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrives, upon arrival, and after the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project and crew updates, etc Efficient project management will include managing team start and end times and production rates and ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently complete the assigned project.
Complete the project per the scope of work or specification.
The WTI Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep, and information will be sent daily on the project status.
These items will include detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recorded daily.
Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Per pricing procedures, review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy.
Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.

Location: Solihull Salary: £500-£600 (umbrella) per day Contract Type: 6 months on going.Role Overview: As the Childrens Senior Social Care Accountant you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial priorities and strategies.
You will collaborate with Service Team Managers and Senior Leadership to drive the delivery of our Medium Term Financial Strategy and key council objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership to define and deliver service priorities.
Ensure compliance with corporate financial regulations and timelines.
Coordinate financial forecasting and support the strategic budget process.
Provide technical expertise for problem resolution and decision-making.
Monitor service performance against targets and implement necessary adjustments.
Prepare high-quality reports for senior management and council meetings.
Develop policies to meet financial and operational demands.
Support the final accounts process and production of financial publications.
Identify training needs and support financial staff development.
Ensure accurate financial reporting for grants and partnerships.
What We're Looking For:
CCAB Qualified.
Proven experience in financial management and strategic planning.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and SORP requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and engage stakeholders effectively.

JOB PURPOSE:
New Product & Design Engineer will have the responsibility for design, development and testing of application of new product concepts for our new technology development and existing products.
You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, and R&D to ensure that the designs meet market needs, cost targets, and production requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work independently to initiate innovative and functional product designs and manage the design projects related to new product development across all Rust-Oleum product categories. Participate in research of internal and external voice of customer meetings, analyze customer needs and insights, and translate them into value-added design solutions. Design, prototype, and test product design to ensure quality, functionality, durability, manufacturability and correlate chemical and physical material to consumer application and use, cost, safety and environmental impact. Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to ensure that the designs meet/exceed market/product needs, cost targets, and production requirements. Identify and select materials and components to meet design objectives. Identify, assess and select potential 3rd party design and /or manufacturing partners, and act as our project manager liaison with selected firm(s), travel to production facilities to evaluate processes and ensure compliance and quality to the standards. Develop and perform competitive assessments and analyses Act as the \"thought and team leader' for the business regarding product delivery system and packaging design. Create and/or guide engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances for designs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of bachelor's degree in Material and Mechanical Engineering or other related fields. 2 or more years of hands-on experience in new product development and tooling design, prototyping, and testing of mechanical systems with proven track record of successful new product design and development, preferably in durable consumer markets Extensive knowledge of product design, materials selection and manufacturing processes and direct experience working with a broad array of materials, preferably for various wipes of tools and delivery systems for coatings, cleaners and other consumer and industrial products. Excellent working knowledge of Computer Aided Design modelling concepts and software proficient with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks) for 3D part modeling, drawing, and assembly creation of the mechanical components Experience working with tooling manufacturers both domestically and internationally. A passion for design, engineering, problem solving, with critical thinking and creativity. Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team from project concept through commercialization. Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills including good special acuity for design. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel as required.
