Euclid Chemical is currently seeking a Concrete and Construction
Technical Support Specialist to join our team at our Cleveland Campus.
This role provides technical support for Euclid Chemical construction products to distributor, contractor, and residential customers, as well as internal sales and marketing staff and design professionals.
This role supports customers by phone and electronic communication, participates in customer sales training, and assists with the development of new products and technical sales tools.

You must have:
Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload

Responsibilities
Category Strategy and Management
Develop, document, communicate & maintain category strategies for assigned commodity.

Our client is a global manufacturer supplying passenger car, LCV, truck, and bus markets, and they're ready to invest in developing the right person.
You'll support the growth of aftermarket accounts across Europe, working closely with an experienced Sales Manager who will guide your development.
International travel will form part of the role once you're fully up to speed.

What you'll be doing
Support the Sales Manager in maintaining and developing relationships with aftermarket customers.
Help identify new customer opportunities through research and market mapping.
Maintain regular communication with customers, ensuring they receive excellent service.
Represent the company at customer visits, events, workshops, and trade shows (with support as needed).
Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
Assist with preparing sales reports and customer information using Excel and BI tools (training provided).
Contribute to sales planning and forecasting activities as your experience grows.
What we're looking for
Some experience in sales — ideally B2B — with exposure to the automotive aftermarket or a strong interest in the sector.
A proactive, motivated individual who enjoys speaking with customers and building relationships.
Someone eager to learn, develop, and grow into a more senior sales role over time.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Comfortable working independently once trained, but also collaborative and open to guidance.
Excel skills: further training will be provided.
Business fluency in English.
Full driving licence.

Job Summary The HR Business Partner is responsible for assisting in the daily functions of the Human Resource department including talent acquisition and employee support, while aligning HR practices with business objectives.
This position will provide functional expertise in administering and coordinating HR systems, employee relations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies, and supporting all areas of human resources to support business operations.
• Oversee and conduct all aspects of recruiting and staffing logistics, including recruiting strategy, interviewing, hiring and follow-up.
• Coordinate and administer the company onboarding process for new hires.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend actions to support continuous improvement and employee retention.
• Develop, update and maintain compliant job descriptions.
• Create and revise candidate interview guides utilizing job descriptions to meet manager needs.
• Support the implementation and administration of policies, plans and procedures.
• Recommend and support initiatives to enhance employee relations and engagement, and retention.
• Manage employee leave administration and maintain continuous knowledge and expertise on all federal and state leave requirements.
• Keep current on knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and make recommendations to EVP of HR for updating policy and systems as required.
• Support internal investigations as needed.
• Effectively respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.

Minimum Qualifications • Demonstrated experience using an HRIS (Oracle ATS preferred) to manage recruitment workflows, candidate tracking, and reporting.

• Minimum seven years of broad HR experience required.• Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

• Knowledge of Human Resources laws, current trends, and best practices.
