Job Description:
We are working with a leading financial services organisation who are seeking a Director to join their team.
You will act as a senior adviser to trustee boards, providing expert insight, strategic challenge, and practical leadership across trust-based pension arrangements, including scheme administration reviews, market benchmarking, and provider due diligence.
This is a genuinely client and board-facing role: the ability to present recommendations clearly and persuasively to trustee boards is as important as the technical analysis behind them.
London is preferred for this role, though there is flexibility for the right candidate to be based at one of the firm's other UK office locations.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Extensive experience working with trust-based pension schemes, with strong knowledge of both defined contribution (DC) and defined benefit (DB) arrangements.
Strong understanding of the UK pensions landscape, including market structure, provider models, regulatory developments and emerging industry trends.
Demonstrable ability to understand, evaluate and compare pension providers and propositions, drawing on market knowledge, analysis and sound judgement.
Proven experience presenting to and engaging directly with trustee boards.
Professional services background with genuine client delivery accountability.
Understanding of technology within pension administration, including current market tools and digital reporting solutions.
Strong analytical and research capability, with the ability to interpret complex qualitative and quantitative information and present clear, evidence-based conclusions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the credibility to engage, challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide subject matter expertise across trust-based pension schemes, this requires an understanding of governance, administration, actuarial, investment, legal, and service delivery models.
Research and evaluate pension providers, monitoring market developments and changes within the pensions sector.
Conduct detailed analysis of pension providers' service structures, including market segmentation, positioning, pricing strategies, services offered, and delivery models.
Lead and contribute to strategic reviews and investigative projects aimed at improving pension provision and member outcomes for clients.
Present findings, insights and recommendations clearly to trustee boards and senior stakeholders, managing challenge where recommendations carry significant cost or change implications.
Develop and recommend practical, evidence-based solutions delivering optimal outcomes, ensuring recommendations are achievable and sustainable.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the implementation of agreed pension solutions.
Produce clear, well-structured reports and insights to inform decision-making at senior and strategic levels.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Quality Control Specialist educates WTI personnel on the proper use and application of products, providing installation training both on and off the roof.
They oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, conducting intermittent inspections and performing post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will conduct regular job site visits during the project and after project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency nationwide through proper roof repairs and the application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work.
Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in both field and shop settings.
Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
Attend pre-cons on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to:
Peel tests
Product testing
Product recommendations
Proper product installations
Post project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials.
Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble due to misuse of products in the situation.

Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested.
Support the region as needed when weather conditions prevent the fulfillment of daily job responsibilities.
Facilitate training in a classroom setting.
All other Quality Control Inspection related tasks or training as assigned by the manager.
Travel predominantly within assigned territory and nationally when needed, complete and submit expense reports on a timely basis.

This is a senior operational role with responsibility for the safe, efficient and reliable running of cement grinding, storage, packing and dispatch operations, alongside leadership of operational teams, maintenance coordination, cost control and continuous improvement. The successful Plant Manager will come from a strong cement manufacturing background and will have experience leading people and plant performance within a heavy industrial environment. The RoleAs Plant Manager, you will:
Lead daily grinding, storage, packing and dispatch operations
Manage and develop supervisors and operational teams
Drive plant performance, reliability and operational efficiency
Ensure customer demand is met through effective production planning
Coordinate maintenance activity, shutdowns and plant improvement work
Manage operational budgets, costs and expenditure
Work closely with maintenance, quality, logistics, supply chain and commercial teams
Ensure materials and packaging supplies support uninterrupted production
Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Manage contractors, suppliers and cross-functional projects

What We're Looking ForThe successful Plant Manager will have:
Significant experience within a cement manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of cement manufacturing processes
Experience leading operational teams within heavy industry or manufacturing
Proven experience managing contractors and cross-functional activity
Experience delivering operational and business performance targets
Strong health and safety knowledge
Good commercial awareness and budget management experience
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
Good stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and reporting ability
Microsoft Office capability
SAP experience would be advantageous
