Primary Responsibilities: Develop Standard Work for all injection molding processes and support activities and help train leaders in each functional area. Monitor and report issues with injection molds; make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycles, process capability, and tooling history. Serve as focal point for custom molding applications, providing customer quotations and technical support. Facilitate and support facility and manufacturing safety, environment, and ergonomics efforts.

Define the product strategy and roadmap
