An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Supported Living Deputy Manager to work closely with the Registered Manager within supported living service based in the main office in the Dudley, West Midlands area
This is a supported living service which provides services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations.
This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or have mental health needs.
This role will require you to travel regularly to Stoke-on-Trent and across the wider Staffordshire region.

As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:
Holds regular staff meetings to foster good communication and feedback
Maintains positive contact with commissioners and referrers to develop confidence in service provision
Carries out or ensures that all risk assessments e.g.
clinical risk assessment, COSHH, Legionella, Moving & handling etc are carried out in a rigorous and timely manner.
Monitors the standards of cleanliness of the home to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory bodies
Inducts and orientates new staff in a timely fashion and ensures statutory and other training is provided to maximise the ability of new staff to become integrated into the care setting
Proactively participates in the company quality and compliance policy and procedures
Works with local and regional management to develop and implement new services within the unit
Maintains and monitors RQIA/CQC standards/regulations within the home and supports staff training
Ensure all new employees are inducted, trained, motivated and supported to achieve company standards
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Working knowledge of the statutory requirements associated with care of the elderly is essential
Good understanding of budgets is desirable
A good understanding of marketing and public relations—and their positive impact within a nursing home setting is desirable
Passionate about delivering high-quality care
Experience as a Deputy Manager or in a similar leadership role within a supported living or care setting
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £14.10 per hour and the annual salary is £29,328 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week on days.

The Director of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) will be responsible for developing strategy and execution of the EHS function within RPM PCG, driving the overall regulatory compliance of products as applicable to domestic and international business, ensuring excellence in the overall performance of global operations and the standardization of EHS methods.

Principal Accountabilities
Plan and implement an EHS strategy for RPM Performance Coatings Group (PCG), as well as each of the PCG operating companies and sites.
Coordinate and provide directions for all product safety compliance programs for the RPM PCG companies.
This includes development and assessment of product and hazard labels, SDS (Global markets), and regulatory product registration requirements for domestic and international markets.
Provide management support and necessary internal/external resources for EH&S related reportable events.
Partner with and mentor site leadership to develop a robust EHS & ESG vision, strategy, and annual objectives for each of the business and sites.
Drive a strategic mindset and commitment to the RPM EHS core fundamentals across all PCG operations through partnerships with local VP of Operations, Plant Managers, and production team.
Conduct regular audits and provide assistance to RPM PCG international entities with waste management compliance programs and disposal vendor contracts.
Conduct regular audits and provide assistance to domestic RPM PCG division EH&S managers on all high impact environmental or regulatory compliance projects (including new product assessments, permit modifications, hazard assessments and wastewater permits etc.).
Review/approve all EH&S CapX project submittals in RPMOne database as projects are submitted by operating companies for completeness and alignment with the organization's goals.
Review EH&S audit reports (property risk audits, safety audits, environmental audits, etc.) with operating company management and assist with development of timely corrective action plan(s) to address any findings or recommendations.
Coordinate and audit effectiveness of emergency response and preparedness programs for all RPM PCG facilities (domestic and international).
Ensure all open actions from the audits are closed promptly
Responsible for interfacing with RPM PCG customers and on all safety and environmental matters related to product lines and installation operations.
Responsible for managing the RPM PCG PRP site monitoring program, RPM EH&S compliance initiatives within RPM PCG divisions, and providing regular updates to outside legal counsel, as well as RPM PCG and RPM executive management on any regulatory or environmental matters.
Stay abreast of changes in regulations and provide guidance to the regulatory team.
Own the EH&S reporting system and work with the vendor to ensure there is a functioning system.
Own the indirect purchasing relationship with RPM corporate procurement team on behalf of PCG and help with corporate and company initiatives.
Facilitate and support ESG initiatives that support RPMs and PCGs vision to Building a Better World including product risk mitigation and other ESG related work.
Provide regular updates to internal and appropriate external legal counsel and executive management on any regulatory or environmental matters.

Principal Accountabilities
Plan and implement an EHS strategy for RPM Performance Coatings Group (PCG), as well as each of the PCG operating companies and sites.

This includes development and assessment of product and hazard labels, SDS (Global markets), and regulatory product registration requirements for domestic and international markets.
Provide management support and necessary internal/external resources for EH&S related reportable events.
Partner with and mentor site leadership to develop a robust EHS & ESG vision, strategy, and annual objectives for each of the business and sites.
Drive a strategic mindset and commitment to the RPM EHS core fundamentals across all PCG operations through partnerships with local VP of Operations, Plant Managers, and production team.
Conduct regular audits and provide assistance to RPM PCG international entities with waste management compliance programs and disposal vendor contracts.
Conduct regular audits and provide assistance to domestic RPM PCG division EH&S managers on all high impact environmental or regulatory compliance projects (including new product assessments, permit modifications, hazard assessments and wastewater permits etc.).
Review/approve all EH&S CapX project submittals in RPMOne database as projects are submitted by operating companies for completeness and alignment with the organization's goals.
Review EH&S audit reports (property risk audits, safety audits, environmental audits, etc.) with operating company management and assist with development of timely corrective action plan(s) to address any findings or recommendations.
Coordinate and audit effectiveness of emergency response and preparedness programs for all RPM PCG facilities (domestic and international).
Ensure all open actions from the audits are closed promptly
Responsible for interfacing with RPM PCG customers and on all safety and environmental matters related to product lines and installation operations.
Responsible for managing the RPM PCG PRP site monitoring program, RPM EH&S compliance initiatives within RPM PCG divisions, and providing regular updates to outside legal counsel, as well as RPM PCG and RPM executive management on any regulatory or environmental matters.
Stay abreast of changes in regulations and provide guidance to the regulatory team.
Own the EH&S reporting system and work with the vendor to ensure there is a functioning system.
Own the indirect purchasing relationship with RPM corporate procurement team on behalf of PCG and help with corporate and company initiatives.
Facilitate and support ESG initiatives that support RPMs and PCGs vision to Building a Better World including product risk mitigation and other ESG related work.

The role

Key duties
Respond to customer queries raised face-to-face, by email or by phone, accurately identifying the urgency, impact and priority of a call, troubleshooting as far as possible, and gathering information.
Gather information on and distribute unassigned tickets across the team in a timely manner to ensure tickets are dealt with quickly by the right people Provide on-site support in our remote offices (currently in Bromley, Bristol, Cheltenham, Plymouth and Northallerton) according to a rota, with visits to other offices if and when necessary.
Investigate hardware and software issues to identify the cause and possible workarounds, aiming to identify solutions where possible. Escalate issues to third-line support, vendors, or to other teams where necessary.
Resolve tickets in a timely manner, keeping the customer updated at all stages of the process.
Image laptops and desktops using SCCM.
Create and manage user accounts using Active Directory and MS Exchange and Office 365.
Provide clear communication to the team to ensure that knowledge of issues and fixes is shared.
Respect confidentiality of customer information and promote adherence to security policies.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets
Skills required
Essential: experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Office365, Active Directory administration, Exchange administration, laptop hardware, desktop hardware, printer hardware, networking basics.
Must have CompTIA certifications at least one partIdeal: Software packaging, OS deployment (SCCM) and PowerShell.

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join our Hospital Team.
This role required a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.
About the team
This team works with patients in hospital to aid with their discharge and ensure safe return to home is achieve.
The team work closely with other health professionals to ensure the correct support is in place before discharges are approved and post discharge care is organised when necessary.
This is a very fast paced environment with quick turnover of assessment and caseloads.
About you
It is essential to have a degree within a Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience within Adults Social Work to be considered for this position.
Having good knowledge and experience in hospital work or discharge to assess is key for this role.
A valid UK driving license and vehicle are preferred in order to qualify for this position but isn't essential.
