This company is seeking a Personal Advisor to join their Cared For Children - Step Ahead Service in Rochdale.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice, support and guidance to young people preparing to leave care.
The Personal Advisor will play a key role in supporting young people with their transition to adulthood, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with them to ensure they have positive outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Meet the responsibilities of the Local Authority for young people 16 years and over who have entitlement under the Children Leaving Care Act (2000)
Deliver high quality support for young people, managing existing and future risks through Pathway Plan assessments
Create plans which ensure the individual needs and strengths of young people are appropriately considered
Assist young people to engage with support services provided by both statutory and voluntary agencies
Provide advice and expertise to promote the service and represent the rights and needs of young people
Requirements
Experience working with care experienced young people
Knowledge of the Children Leaving Care Act (2000)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work proactively with appropriate partner agencies to assess the individual's needs
Enhanced DBS including a barred list check against the child workforce

This well-established national law firm is looking for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join their highly successful, Band 1, national team.

Whilst the focus it on non-contentious matters there is plenty of scope to offer you contentious work too if that is something that you specifically want to do.
At this level of experience, you will be fronting up client relationships and taking a lead role with clients across the public and private sectors.
You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of teams and whilst the focus is on health work you would also be able to undertake work in broader markets that they work in.
It would be ideal if you have some experience of working for health-based clients and those operating on frameworks however this isn't essential.

The Commercial Façade Field Technician actively performs and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
They will be responsible for attending safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting, and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including:
$21-38/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.
Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Execution of project tasks with knowledge of expected production rates, ensuring tools and materials are used safely and efficiently to complete the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents as directed by foreman.
Responsible to aid foreman in tracking and monitoring project inventory. Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and performs work in compliance with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e.
OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, etc. Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. The Commercial Façade Field Technician actively performs and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
They will be responsible for attending safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting, and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including:

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.

Execution of project tasks with knowledge of expected production rates, ensuring tools and materials are used safely and efficiently to complete the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents as directed by foreman.
Responsible to aid foreman in tracking and monitoring project inventory. Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and performs work in compliance with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e.
OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, etc. Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and use of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Foreman. Understands and executes proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Foreman and/or Commercial Business Manager. Maintains ethical business conduct.
