This is a pivotal role where you'll lead the commercial function across product development, pricing, strategy, and market competitiveness.

As Commercial Manager, you will:
Lead the Commercial Department, spanning product and commercial development

The role is responsible for leading a small purchasing team, delivering cost savings, managing SAP MRP/MM processes, sourcing engineering materials, and supporting maintenance and production activities.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of direct reports, including TMS, appraisals & PDPs.
- Assist in the implementation of a category management approach.
- Support with any site-specific requirements or group purchasing instructions as may be

This position is intended as a hybrid position, working part of each week on campus, and partially remote.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and operational support throughout the entire order lifecycle.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate order entry, contract compliance, and project setup while collaborating closely with internal departments including Sales, Contracts Management, Credit, Project Administration, Field Operations, Logistics, and Accounts Payable.
The representative acts as a liaison between external customers and internal teams, ensuring all documentation, approvals, and pricing align with company standards.
Additionally, this position supports marketing efforts and promotes data accuracy and consistent customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle high volumes of inbound calls and inquiries related to orders, project setup, and status updates. Review customer purchasing documents and submit to Legal via Outlook for compliance validation. Follow up with Contracts Management and field teams to secure outstanding contract approvals and redlined agreements. Accurately enter all orders into SAP on the same day they are received, ensuring completeness and accuracy. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and operational support throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Develop quality standards/test/inspection plan for raw materials and finished product (specification, sample size and frequency) as well as a robust training process. Develop lean and sustainable saving plans and facilitate small K generation and implementation.
Lead all product compliance activities to ensure certification.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality related programs such as lean, ISO, six sigma, etc.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Attain and maintain all related Health and Safety Certifications.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with manufacturing regulations and reporting methods. Knowledge of the production process and team interactions. Analytical acumen for compiling and analyzing data. Ability to plan, organize, follow through and prioritize. Ability to interact with all levels within organization. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Quality and safety oriented, attention to details. Training in quality programs (lean, ISO, Six Sigma)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $66,434 and $83,044.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
