They are looking to recruit an experienced QA Automation Engineer with significant experience of writing end-to-end tests for web applications using Selenium, Cypress or preferably Playwright.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building their end to end test suite for a major client migration project.
All Automation Engineer applicants must be experienced in TypeScript and ideally Playwright, although Selenium or Cypress will be sufficient.
Experience writing end to end tests for web applications is essential, so experienced Node/TypeScript developers who have end-to-end test framework experience will also be considered.
Additional skills in GCP, CI/CD, GitHub, SaaS, PostgreSQL and MySQL would be ideal.
A passion for technology, excellent communication skills and top problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail is expected.

Experience leading or influencing QA practices, standards, or strategies across teams or projects.
Experience identifying and managing quality risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
Experience mentoring or supporting junior QA engineers and/or apprentices.
Experience with performance, security, and non-functional testing.
Exposure to information security frameworks such as ISO27001 or Cyber Essentials.
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.

Essential Functions:
Formulation & Development:
Lead the development of next-generation products, formula optimizations (set and improve protocols), cost-reduction initiatives, and qualify suppliers.
Lead the raw material optimization research, evaluation, and selection of raw materials and additives to improve product development, performance, sustainability, and cost-efficiency.
Assist with creation of new formulations from concept through production, often utilizing competitive analysis or reverse engineering.
Leadership:
Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across formulations, manufacturing QA/QC requirements, field technical support, and regulatory compliance.
Provide input on all laboratory operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, compliant testing and reporting of raw materials and finished goods.
