Requirements:
Qualifications: Ideally NVQ Level 3, ONC, or HNC in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
Time-served electricians with strong experience are also welcome to apply.
Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG.
Strong ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a logical approach.
A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team.
Experience with PLC systems is an advantage but not essential.
Shift Details:
Night Shift:
9:30 PM - 5:30 AM, 5 days per week.
Overtime opportunities available.
Bank Holidays:
8 bank holidays, with 5 mid-year holidays expected to be worked based on the shift schedule:
If rostered to work: double time plus a day back in lieu.
If not rostered: double time only.
Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day are not worked.
